Abstract

Land spinach (Ipomoea reptans Poir) is a type of horticultura plant that is very popular in Indonesia because it has a savory taste and nutriens such as vitamins A, B and C as well as various minerals, especially iron, which are useful for supporting growth and maintaining health as well as maintaining the health of the human body. one of the important aspects in cultivanting land kale is monitoring the growth of the plant and understanding the stages of water spinach development from the beginning of planting to harvest. This research was carried out from April to May 2024 Environment VI, Paal Dua Village, Paal Dua District, North Sulawesi Province. The research used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with 5 levels of treatment namely Bangkok Variety, Bisi Variety, Bika Variety, Serimpi Variety and Rajawali Variety which was carried out in 4 replications in the form of  plots (beds). The results of the research showed that the growth and production of land kale plants BangkokVariety, Bisi Variety, Bika Variety, Serimpi Variety and Rajawali Variety were not significantly different.
