This study aims to determine the effect of LOF application on the growth and quality of two superior strawberry varieties in a highland environment. The research was conducted over four months in Bongkudai Baru Village, Mooat District, East Bolaang Mongondow Regency, using a two-factor completely randomized design (CRD), namely variety (Akihime and California) and LOF dosage (control, 5 ml/l, 7 ml/l, and 9 ml/l), with four replications. The results showed that the combination of the Akihime variety with a 9 ml/l LOF dose had the best effect on sweetness level and fruit weight. Meanwhile, the application of 5 ml/l LOF to the same variety had the best effect on the number of fruits. The combination of the California variety with 9 ml/l LOF gave the best result in terms of fruit diameter. The best overall variety was the Akihime variety combined with 9 ml/l LOF, as it produced the highest fruit weight in the highland environment.
