Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of combining Fruit-Based Local Microorganisms fertilizer with inorganic fertilizer on pakcoy yield, and to identify the most effective combination for enhancing production. The research was conducted from May to June 2025 in Kaskasen II Village, North Tomohon, North Sulawesi, using a Completely Randomized Design with one-factor combinations and six treatments (A: 150 ml/L water, B: 100 kg/ha NPK + 100 kg/ha Urea, C: 50 kg/ha NPK + 50 kg/ha Urea + 150 ml MOL, D: 50 kg/ha NPK + 50 kg/ha Urea + 300 ml MOL, E: 100 kg/ha NPK + 100 kg/ha Urea + 150 ml MOL, F: 100 kg/ha NPK + 100 kg/ha Urea + 300 ml MOL), each with four replications. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, leaf width, and fresh weight. The results showed that the combination of inorganic fertilizer and MOL had a significant effect on fresh weight (846.62 g), but no significant effect on plant height, number of leaves, leaf length, or leaf width. Therefore, the combination of inorganic fertilizer and MOL is effective in improving pakcoy yield.
