This research aims to analyze the relationship between the coffee-truck phenomenon and Behavioral Architecture, specifically the Theory of Territoriality (Edward T. Hall). Coffee-trucks operate by managing space and social interaction, temporarily creating and maintaining territorial boundaries (primary and secondary zones) in the dynamic public realm. The coffee-truck phenomenon in Manado, as seen at Sunset Point Bahu Mall, represents a deconstruction of the static Third Place concept into a dynamic one. This mobile cafe transforms a non-commercial area into a temporary hub for social interaction and gathering.
