Due to the status of these two roads, quite a few pedestrians pass through the pedestrian paths on both roads. This research aims to identify the condition of pedestrian paths on Jalan Pierre Tendean and JalanSam Ratulangi and to determine the perceptions of pedestrians who use pedestrian path facilities on these two road corridors. To determine the perceptions of pedestrians who pass this road, a questionnaire was used which was distributed to respondents and measured using a Likert scale. To differentiate the condition of pedestrian paths, researchers divided the two roads into five segments. Based on the research results, the best pedestrian conditions were found in Segments I and II on Jalan Pierre Tendean and from the research results, good scores were in Segments I and II, while Segments III, IV and V received quite good scores.
Nugrah Rhisandy Arif Pingkan Peggy Egam Rachmat Prijadi Copyright (c) 2024 Nugrah Rhisandy Arif, Pingkan Peggy Egam, Rachmat Prijadi 2024-07-23 2024-07-23 9 1 10.35793/fraktal.v9i1.56744 Partisipasi Masyarakat Dalam Pengelolaan Hutan Mangrove di Kecamatan Wori Kabupaten MInahasa Utara https://ejournal.unsrat.ac.id/v3/index.php/fraktal/article/view/56745
Mangrove forests are an ecosystem that has a very important function for the environment. Wori District has several
areas that have mangrove forests, namely the villages of Tiwoho, Wori, Kima Bajo, Minaesa, Budo, Darunu, Bulo,
Pontoh, Lansa, Lantung, Kulu, Mantehage and Nain . Of the several villages in Wori District, Tiwoho Village and Wori
Village are included in the conservation area managed by the Bunaken National Park Office. The management of the
mangrove forests in Wori District is not yet running completely well, therefore community participation is very
necessary in managing the mangrove forest areas. This research aims to determine the form of community
participation in mangrove forest management and to determine the level of community participation in mangrove
forest management. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection carried out through direct
observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained was then analyzed using Cohen and Uphouff's theory
and Arnstein's theory, to see the extent of involvement in the form and level of community participation in mangrove
forest management. The results show that community participation is at low and high levels of participation which
are included in the categories of therapy, reassurance, partnership, delegation and community control. Mangrove
forest management requires the involvement of various parties in the form of planning, implementation, utilization
and evaluation to encourage increased community participation in mangrove forest management.
Keywords: Community Participation, Management, Mangrove Forests
Meyka Prayanti Manginsela Pingkan Peggy Egam Julianus Sondakh Copyright (c) 2024 Meyka Prayanti Manginsela, Pingkan Peggy Egam, Julianus Sondakh 2024-07-23 2024-07-23 9 1 10.35793/fraktal.v9i1.56745 Pendekatan Tourism Business District Pada Pengembangan Kawasan Pariwisata Terpadu Di Kota Tomohon https://ejournal.unsrat.ac.id/v3/index.php/fraktal/article/view/56746
Tourism is one of the fastest growing sectors of the economy and has an impact on various other sectors. Tourism
development links all components into an integrated tourism plan. So that tourism is presented along with the attractiveness of the city and its landscape. The
purpose of this research is to identify factors that influence tourism development and map the category of tourist areas
through the Tourism Business District (TBD) concept approach with qualitative descriptive research methods. Based on
the results of the study, it was found that there are four factors that influence tourism development: public infrastructure,
public facilities, tourism facilities and accessibility that have an impact on the carrying capacity of tourist attractions. This
results in four categories of tourism potential, there are 10 very high potential tourism, 9 high potential tourism, 12
medium potential tourism, and 12 low potential tourism. Coastal reclamation is used as an alternative for adding land, where the land in
the reclamation area is in the form of an old land area that is directly connected to new land. Reclamation is definitely
aimed at improving a region, but on the other hand, many things have changed in a positive or negative direction in
terms of environmental, social and economic aspects for fishermen. This research was conducted to analyze
environmental, social and economic changes after the reclamation of the Manado coast. The analytical method used is
descriptive qualitative and analysis of environmental, social and economic changes is carried out through overlay. The
research results identified two main things. First, from the characteristics of the coastal area, it is dominated by land
for trade in goods and services and the reclamation area has a coastline length of 10,225 meters. Second, through
overlay analysis, there are several changes experienced by traditional fishermen, namely the increase in coastal land
area, access to the sea is increasingly difficult. , the unique habits and culture of fishermen are disappearing, income
is decreasing, causing changes in the livelihoods of fishermen.

Keywords: Economy, Environment, Fishermen, Reclamation, Social

Shania Chelsie Dalla Kawonal Dwight Moody Rondonuwu Sony Tilaar Copyright (c) 2024 Shania Chelsie Dalla Kawonal, Dwight Moody Rondonuwu, Sony Tilaar 2024-07-23 2024-07-23 9 1 10.35793/fraktal.v9i1.56747 Analisis Pola Persebaran dan Keterjangkauan Fasilitas Kesehatan Kawasan Perkotaan Di Kabupaten Minahasa Utara https://ejournal.unsrat.ac.id/v3/index.php/fraktal/article/view/56748
Healthcare facilities play a crucial role in maintaining community welfare, including handling
accidents. Throughout 2023, there were 148,307 recorded accidents in Indonesia, with a significant
increase in North Minahasa Regency, reaching 399 cases from 301 cases in 2022. This regency is
rapidly developing, with the population increasing from 200,217 people in 2017 to 229,368 people in
2022, and built-up areas expanding from 3% in 2011 to 10% in 2019. This growth underscores the
urgent need for adequate and accessible healthcare facilities, especially considering its strategic location
between Manado City and Bitung City, which increases traffic and accident risks. The methods used in
this study are spatial and descriptive. Spatial methods include Nearest Neighbour Analysis to identify
the distribution pattern of healthcare facilities, as well as Buffering and Network Analysis to determine
healthcare accessibility. Descriptive methods are used to explain the results of the spatial analysis. The
study results show that the distribution pattern of healthcare facilities in North Minahasa Regency is
random. Each sub-district already has healthcare facilities, although they are not evenly distributed. In
terms of accessibility, Kalawat, Airmadidi, and Kauditan sub-districts are well-served and have quick
travel times to healthcare facilities. Conversely, Kema sub-district is not fully served and has relatively
long travel times.
Keywords: Distribution Pattern, Accessibility, Healthcare Facilities
Pretty Mandang Fela Warouw Esli Takumansang Copyright (c) 2024 Pretty Mandang, Fela Warouw, Esli Takumansang 2024-07-23 2024-07-23 9 1 10.35793/fraktal.v9i1.56748
