Abstract

Since the age of pre-history hasproven that soil has become one of a main element used by man to support theirsurvival in this world. In fact, land has functioned as a human be active andmaintain the survival of daily life. The activity of the first time conductedis the use of land used for farming. The existence of agricultural landand fertile broad, given Indonesia as the agricultural country. The predicateof agricultural country can be measured total population of which there aresome large-eyed source of income as farmers, the agricultural sector to be oneof the sectors which is considered able to improve the welfare and quality oflife the family.In line with efforts to improve thewelfare, for that human resources have a very important role in developing anation and the country, especially in agricultural aspects, because humanresources competitive superior and will be able to increased agriculturalproductivity and ability to handle market by supplies of agricultural productsand services of quality. Superior human resources with anincrease in capacity, will be more sensitive and can quickly respond to marketchanges and manage a very dynamic.
