Rancang Bangun Sistem Anjungan Layanan Mandiri Edukasi

Abstract

The Educational Self Service Pavilion is a machine that is used to facilitate the administrative process which is usually done manually as in the case of document printing. The system of the self-service platform itself is integrated with the database of the inspire portal and can perform several functions of the inspire portal. The Automated Pavilion itself is used as one of the administrative processes that can be done independently, and the Automated Pavilion machine itself is used as an alternative to do the administration because the process is easy to use.

The research entitled "Designing an Educational Self Service Pavilion System" which aims to simplify the administrative process will have several features from the Inspire Portal to maximize the function of this self service Pavilion machine. Some of these features are to View KRS, KHS, Transcripts, and also able to View student profiles in it. As for this machine, there will be a computer in it and it is already connected to the Website and then it will be connected to the LCD Touchscreen screen. Researchers also made this machine with the intention of being able to further develop its functions in the future such as in document printing and to use the machine only by using hand gestures so as to make the machine more complex and more effective in its use.

Anjungan Layanan Mandiri Edukasi merupakan mesin yang digunakan untuk memudahkan proses administrasi yang biasanya dilakukan secara manual seperti halnya dalam hal pencetakan dokumen. Sistem dari anjungan layanan mandiri sendiri terintegrasi dengan database dari portal inspire dan bisa melakukan beberapa fungsi dari portal inspire tersebut. Anjungan Layanan Mandiri sendiri digunakan sebagai salah satu proses melakukan administrasi yang bisa dilakukan secara mandiri, dan mesin Anjungan Layanan Mandiri sendiri digunakan sebagai alternatif untuk melakukan administrasi karena prosesnya yang mudah digunakan.

Penelitian yang berjudul “Rancang Bangun Sistem Anjungan Layanan Mandiri Edukasi†yang bertujuan untuk mempermudah proses administrasi akan memiliki beberapa fitur dari Portal Inspire untuk memaksimalkan fungsi dari mesin Anjungan Layanan Mandiri ini, Adapun beberapa fitur tersebut seperti untuk melihat KRS, KHS, Transkrip, dan juga bisa untuk melihat profil mahasiswa di dalamnya. Adapun mesin ini akan terdapat komputer di dalamnya dan sudah terhubung dengan Website lalu akan dihubungkan dengan layar LCD Touchscreen. Peneliti juga membuat mesin ini dengan maksud untuk bisa lebih dikembangkan lagi fungsinya untuk kedepannya seperti halnya dalam pencetakan dokumen dan untuk melakukan penggunaan mesin hanya dengan menggunakan gestur tangan sehingga membuat mesin menjadi lebih kompleks dan lebih efektif lagi kegunaannya.
