Abstract

Konglomerasi keluarga merupakan fenomena bisnis yang menarik di pasar berkembang, khususnya di Indonesia. Penelitian ini juga menguji perbedaan kinerja pasar antara perusahaan-perusahaan konglomerasi, khususnya di era pasca pandemi yang membutuhkan kemampuan untuk memulihkan kinerja. Untuk menguji 2 hipotesis, uji manova digunakan pada penelitian ini. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah 18 perusahaan yang berasal dari 3 konglomerasi yang berbeda. Analisis data menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dari kinerja profitabilitas konglomerasi berbasis keluarga sebelum, pada, dan setelah era pasca pandemi. Selain itu, tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan dari kinerja pasar konglomerasi berbasis keluarga sebelum, pada, dan setelah era pasca pandemi.
