Peran Moderasi Gender Terhadap Hubungan Antara Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

Perhatian terhadap isu-isu gender karena peran perempuan dalam posisi-posisi top manajemen tidak signifikan dibandingkan dengan peran laki-laki.  Penelitian ini menyelidiki pengaruh gender terhadap efektifitas kepemimpinan transformasional, juga menganalisis peran gender terhadap hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap pemberdayaan pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survey dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Kabupaten Minahasa. Sampel penelitian diambil dengan teknik simple random sampling. Terpilih 100 sampel yang dipilih secara acak dari pegawai di Pemerintah Kabupaten Minahasa. Teknik Analisis data, dijaring melalui sebaran kuesioner yang diberi nilai dan ditabulasikan untuk kemudian dianalisis dan jawaban yang diperoleh responden sesuai dengan nilai variable yang telah ditetapkan selanjutnya akan dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan software smartPLS. Skala pengukuran yang digunakan adalah skala Likert. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling. Untuk mengolah data, studi ini menggunakan software PLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, gender memoderasi hubungan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dan kinerja pegawai.
