This research uses a quantitative research approach by utilizing secondary data sources such as annual reports from various companies. Seven companies were selected using a purposive sampling approach, which was based on certain criteria. Descriptive statistics, assumption tests in multiple linear regression, determination and hypothesis tests, partial tests, and f tests are some of the data analysis approaches used in this research. We used SPSS 24 in conducting this research. The conclusion drawn in this research is that the audit committee has a negative but significant influence on company value. Meanwhile, managerial ownership has a positive and significant influence on company value. This research was conducted to find out the relationship between Hard Skills, Soft Skills, and Self-Efficacy and Work Readiness. The respondents of this research were FEB University students in Bandar Lampung with a sample of 97 people. To process the data, data analysis from this research used SPSS, the type of data taken was primary data taken directly by the researcher. Secondary data can be obtained from relevant sources such as books, scientific journals, and articles on the internet. This research concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Hard Skills (X1) and Self-Efficacy (X3) on work readiness (Y). However, there is no significant influence between Soft Skills (X2) on Work Readiness (Y). This popularity is due to the high aesthetic value and durability of leather fashion products. This study aims to investigate the influence of knowledge, attitude, and religiosity on the purchase intention of leather fashion products. Using a quantitative approach, data was primarily collected through questionnaires distributed among the residents of Bogor. The analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0. The results show that knowledge, attitude, and religiosity have a significant influence on the purchase intention of leather fashion products in the city of Bogor. What sets this study apart from others is its unique approach to understanding consumer behavior in choosing leather fashion products in Bogor. In this research, the samples taken were all 49 employees of Perum BULOG in the city of Bandar Lampung. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire via Google Forms. The method used in this research is the quantitative method through a survey. The population in this research is undergraduate students and alumni of IT in 2019 from Universitas Padjadjaran, Institut Teknologi Bandung, Universitas Telkom with a sample of 87 people. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique was used with the Employer Attractiveness Scale (EmpAt Scale) measuring instrument and the Second Order Confirmatory Factor Analysis method using linear structure model (LISREL) version 8.5. PT Pos Indonesia is currently competing with rival companies. So, companies must provide the best service to provide satisfaction to consumers. This research aims to determine the quality of service at PT Pos Indonesia KCU Bandung. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection in this research carried out observations and interviews. The data analysis used is descriptive, SWOT analysis, IFAS analysis, and EFAS analysis. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that the quality of service at PT Pos Indonesia KCU Bandung has been carried out well. PT Pos Indonesia has an SOP for sending goods and a system for resolving consumer complaints through the Customer Complaint Handling application. MSMEs especially in Indonesia have contributed to reducing the unemployment rate. However, the problem of MSMEs is maintaining their businesses because of inefficiency in operating and producing competitive advantage. This research aims to examine the performance of MSMEs in emerging economies, particularly Surabaya City, Indonesia. The dimensions of entrepreneurial orientation were used to measure firms’ performance. They are proactiveness, innovativeness, risk-taking, autonomy, and competitive aggressiveness. The multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, and purposive sampling technique were applied in this research. The findings of this study indicate that innovativeness, risk-taking, autonomy, and competitive aggressiveness variables significantly influence firms’ performance.
