ANALISIS STRUKTUR DAN KINERJA EKSPOR KOMODITAS PERTANIAN PASCA KRISIS EKONOMI DI SULAWESI UTARA

Pada periode pemulihan pasca krisis, pembangunan pertanian telah menunjukkan perkembangan yang signifikan. Era orde baru dan era reformasi juga telah menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertanian masih menjadi sektor penting yang membuka banyak lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat Indonesia. Sektor Pertanian di Sulawesi utara sangat berperan penting terhadap ekonomi di daerah ini.  Permintaan pasar dunia terhadap komoditi unggulan Sulawesi Utara tetap tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perkembangan struktur dan kinerja ekspor komoditas pertanian pasca krisis ekonomi di Sulawesi Utara. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif diantaranya dengan menyajikan nilai struktur ekspor komoditas pertanian Sulawesi utara, dan kinerja ekspor  komoditas pertanian Sulawesi utara. Struktur Pertanian di Sulawesi utara masih di dominasi oleh sub sektor perkebunan yaitu tepung kelapa. Perlu pengembangan produk turunan dari kelapa yang lebih baik lagi dengan menggunakan teknologi yang canggih sehingga produk yang di ekspor dapat lebih memiliki daya saing di pasar internasional. secara keseluruhan kinerja ekspor komoditi pertanian Sulawesi utara masih cukup baik dan memiliki prospek yang cerah.

ABSTRACT

In the post-crisis recovery period, agricultural development has shown significant progress. New Order era and the era of reform have also shown that the agricultural sector is still an important sector opened up many jobs for the people of Indonesia. Agriculture sector in northern Sulawesi is very important to the economy in this area. World market demand of leading commodities remain high in North Sulawesi. This study aims to analyze the development of the structure and performance of export of agricultural commodities after the economic crisis in North Sulawesi. To achieve these objectives the method used is descriptive analysis such as by presenting the structure of the export value of agricultural commodities northern Sulawesi, and the export performance of agricultural commodities northern Sulawesi. Structure of Agriculture in northern Sulawesi is still dominated by the oil sector sub coconut flour. Need to develop a product derived from coconut better using sophisticated technology that can be exported products more competitive in international market. overall export performance of agricultural commodities northern Sulawesi is still quite good and has a promising future.
