CERMINAN PUISI-PUISI DI DALAM FILM PATERSON PRODUKSI K5 INTERNATIONAL

Abstract

                                                      ABSTRACT

     This research entitled â€Cerminan Puisi-Puisi di dalam Film Paterson Produksi K5 Internasional†as a requirement to accomplish undergraduate at Faculty of Humanities Sam Ratulangi University Manado. The study aims to identify and classify literature in Paterson film and to analyze reflection of poems using literary theory by Wellek and Warren (1949). The method used in this research is descriptive by using intrinsic and extrinsic approach to identify, describe, and to analyze each poem in Paterson film. The result shows that all the poems in Paterson film is a modern poem that using freestyle technique and unstructured. Also each poem reflect on Paterson’s feelings, life, and daily activities. Advice for reader and future researcher to examine others aspect in the film Paterson.
