Menurut Respon Pengobatan, SN dibagi menjadi Sindrom Nefrotik Resisten Steroid (SNRS), dan Sindrom Nefrotik Sensitif Steroid (SNSS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Angka Kejadian, Gambaran Klinik dan Hasil Laboratorium pasien anak dengan Sindrom Nefrotik Resisten Steroid. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Retrospektif Analitik yang dilaksanakan di Bagian Ilmu Kesehatan Anak RSUP Prof Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado dengan mengambil data Rekam Medik dari periode Juli 2016 – Juni 2019. Perhitungan angka kejadian dengan menggunakan Period Prevalence dan variabel yang diteliti yaitu: Umur, Jenis Kelamin, Edema, Hipertensi, Hematuria, kadar Protein Urin, kadar Albumin Serum, kadar Kolesterol Serum, kadar Ureum Serum, dan kadar Creatinine Serum. Analisis Statistik dilakukan dengan menggunakan Uji Chi Square dan Uji Korelasi Spearman. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 35 pasien SN terdiri dari 21 pasien (60%) SNRS dan 14 pasien (40%) SNSS. Angka Kejadian SNRS dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 18,1%. Tidak didapatkan hubungan pada Variabel Umur (p=0.568), Edema (p=1.000), Hipertensi (p=0.392), Hematuria (p=0.058), Albumin Serum (p=0.324), Kolesterol Serum (p=0.234), Ureum Serum (p=0.445), Creatinine Serum (p=0.445). Based on Treatment Response, SN is divided into Steroid Resistant Nephrotic Syndrome (SRNS), and Steroid Sensitive Nephrotic Syndrome (SSNS). This study aims to determine the relationship of Prevalence, Clinical and laboratory features of Children with Steroid Resistant Nephrotic Syndrome. This is an Analytical Retrospective study carried out in the Department of Pediatric Medicine in Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou General Hospital Manado by taking Medical Record data from the period of July 2016 - June 2019. Period Prevalence is used to calculate the Prevalence of SRNS. Studied Variables are: Age, Gender, Edema, Hypertension, Hematuria, Urine Protein level, Serum Albumin level, Serum Cholesterol level, Serum Ureum level, and Serum Creatinine level. Statistical analysis was performed using the Chi Square Test and the Spearman Correlation Test. Results showed there were 35 NS patients consisting of 21 SRNS patients (60%) and 14 SSNS patients (40%) SNSS. The Period Prevalence of SRNS  in this study was 18.1%. Diabetes mellitus type 2 (type 2 diabetes) is a group of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia, which is caused by abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin action or both. Type 2 diabetes is an expensive and incurable cost that often causes complications. Diabetic foot ulcer (UKD) is a chronic complication of type 2 diabetes that is often found, requires large costs and longer treatment. More than half of cases will require protection and require hospitalization, and 20% of lower leg infections will end in amputation. This study discusses the calculation of the cost of type 2 DM units with complications in the diabetic foot at RSUP Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. This type of research is an observational retrospective. Research samples were collected using a purposive sampling method and 47 samples were collected that met the inclusion criteria. Data includes patient demographic data, treatment reviews, and average direct medical costs and indirect medical costs. The results showed that the therapies used were antihyperglycemia, antibiotics, non antibiotics, fluid therapy, actions and investigations. The total cost of medicines is IDR 55,242,562, IDR 889,487,600 for action, supporting examinations IDR 220,250,890, IDR 1,712,000 administration and IDR 88875,000 accommodation. Ulkus kaki diabetik (UKD) merupakan salah satu komplikasi kronik dari DM tipe 2 yang sering ditemui, memerlukan biaya yang besar dan perawatan yang lebih lama. Lebih dari setengah kasus ulkus kaki akan terinfeksi dan membutuhkan rawat inap, dan 20% dari infeksi ekstremitas bawah akan berakhir dengan amputasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran perhitungan biaya satuan pasien DM tipe 2 dengan komplikasi ulkus kaki diabetik di RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Jenis penelitian ialah observasional retrospektif. Sampel penelitian dikumpulkan dengan metode purposive sampling berjumlah 47 sampel yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Data meliputi data demografi pasien, gambaran pengobatan, dan perhitungan rata-rata biaya langsung medis serta biaya langsung non medis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terapi yang digunakan yaitu antihiperglikemia, antibiotik, non antibiotik, terapi cairan, tindakan dan pemeriksaan penunjang. Total biaya untuk obat Rp.55.242.562, tindakan Rp.889.487.600, pemeriksaan penunjang Rp.202.350.890, administrasi Rp.1.712.000, dan akomodasi Rp.88.775.000. Biaya total per pasien berdasarkan lama rawat inap dibandingkan dengan klaim BPJS karena hanya menjamin keseluruhan tagihan biaya pasien pada data keuangan. <strong>Simpulan: </strong>Pada pengobatan DM tipe 2 komplikasi ulkus kaki diabetik terdapat selisih lebih pada 17 kasus, sedangkan selisih kurang ditemukan pada 26 kasus. tessssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss<strong></strong></p><p><strong>Kata kunci : </strong>DM Tipe 2, Ulkus Kaki Diabetik, Perhitungan biaya satuan, biaya total, BPJS</p>2020-01-23T00:00:00+08:00Copyright (c) 2020 JKK (Jurnal Kedokteran Klinik)
