HUBUNGAN KETEPATAN PELAKSANAAN TRIASE DENGAN TINGKAT KEPUASAN KELUARGA PASIEN DI INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT RSUP PROF. DR. R. D. KANDOU MANADO

Abstract

Abstract : Triage is a way of sorting out patients based on therapeutic needs and available resources. Therapy
is based on ABC (Airway, with cervical spine control, Breathing and Circulation with bleeding control).
Satisfaction is the pleasure of someone who emerges after comparing the perception or the impression to the
performance or the outcome of a product and its expectations. Objective: To know the correlation of Triality
Implementation with Patient Family Satisfaction Level at Emergency Installation of RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D.
Kandou Manado. This research use Cross Sectional design method, sample selection using Accidental
Sampling. Total sample 120 respondents. Data analysis technique using spearmen test with significance level
95% (α ≤ 0,05). Results: There is a significant relationship between the accuracy of triage implementation
and the level of patient's family satisfaction at the Emergency Installation of Prof. RSUP. Dr. R. D. Kandou
Manado. Summary: Accuracy of triage implementation in Emergency Installation of RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D.
Kandou Manado pointed out that most of the implementation is correct and level of patient's family
satisfaction at Emergency Installation of RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado shows that most respondents
already feel quite satisfied.

Abstrak : Triase adalah cara pemilahan penderita berdasarkan kebutuhan terapi dan sumber daya
yang tersedia. Terapi didasarkan pada keadaan ABC (Airway, dengan cervical spine control,
Breathing dan Circulation dengan control pendarahan). Kepuasan adalah perasaan senang seseorang
yang muncul setelah membandingkan antara persepsi atau kesannya terhadap kinerja atau hasil suatu
produk dan harapan-harapannya. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui Hubungan Ketepatan Pelaksanaan
Triase dengan Tingkat Kepuasan Keluarga Pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D.
Kandou Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Cross Sectional design, pemilihan sampel
menggunakan Accidental Sampling. Jumlah sampel 120 responden. Teknik analisa data
menggunakan uji spearmen dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95% (α ≤ 0,05). Hasil: Ada hubungan yang
bermakna antara ketepatan pelaksanaan triase dengan tingkat kepuasan keluarga pasien di Instalasi
Gawat Darurat RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Simpulan: Ketepatan pelaksanaan triase di
Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUP Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar
pelaksanaannya sudah tepat dan tingkat kepuasan keluarga pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUP
Prof. Dr. R.D. Kandou Manado menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden sudah merasa cukup
puas.
