PENGARUH PEMBERIAN AIR REBUSAN DAUN ALPUKAT TERHADAP PENURUNAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA LANSIA DENGAN HIPERTENSI DI BPLU SENJA CERAH PROVINSI SULAWESI UTARA

Abstract

Abstract The elderly are groups of people undergoing a gradual process of change over a
period of decades. Hypertension is a condition when the pressure in the blood vessel increases
chronically. Peripheral vascular resistance increases in the hard and inelastic veins. The
purpose this is to know the effect of water decoction of avocado leaves to decrease blood
pressure in elderly in BPLU Senja Cerah North Sulawesi Province. The Design study This
research uses Pre Experiment design One group Pretest Posttest approach where the selected
intervention group then done pre (before) and post (before). Sampling technique using
systematic random sampling with the number The sample 15 person. Result of Wilcoxon Sign
Rank Test statistic with 95% confidence level (α = 0,05) and obtained p value 0,04 <0,05. The
conclusion that there is Influence of water decoction of avocado leaves to decrease blood
pressure in elderly with hypertension in BPLU Senja Cerah North Sulawesi Province The
recomendation Adding references or literature for further researchers to be able to examine
also about matters relating to the influence of water decoction of avocado leaves on the elderly.

Abstrak Usia lanjut adalah kelompok orang yang sedang mengalami suatu proses perubahan
yang bertahap dalam jangka waktu beberapa dekat. Hipertensi adalah suatu keadaan ketika
tekanan di pembuluh darah meningkat secara kronis.. Tujuan ini adalah untuk mengetahui
pengaruh pemberian air rebusan daun alpukat terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada lansia
di BPLU Senja Cerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Desain Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Pre
Experimen dengan One group Pretest Posttest dimana dipilih kelompok intervensi kemudian
dilakukan pre (sebelum) dan post (sebelum). Sampel menggunakan systematic random
sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 15 orang. Hasil penelitian statistik Wilcoxon Sign
Rank Test dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α=0,05) dan diperoleh p value 0,04 < 0,05.
Kesimpulan terdapat Pengaruh pemberian air rebusan daun alpukat terhadap penurunan
tekanan darah pada lansia dengan hipertensi di BPLU Senja Cerah Provinsi Sulawesi Utara.
Saran Menambah referensi atau pustaka bagi peneliti selanjutnya agar dapat meneliti juga
tentang hal yang berkaitan dengan pengaruh pemberian air rebusan daun alpukat pada lansia.
