HUBUNGAN ANTARA STRES KERJA PERAWAT DENGAN KINERJA PERAWAT DI INSTALASI GAWAT DARURAT DAN INTENSIVE CARE UNIT RSU PANCARAN KASIH GMIM MANADO

Abstract

Abstract Stress is a situation of emotional tension / pressure experienced by someone facing enormous demands. classification of stress levels such as, mild, moderate, and severe stress. Performance is the level of achievement of the results or the implementation of certain tasks in order to realize the goals and objectives of the company The purpose of this study to analyze the relationship between nurses work stress with the performance of nurses in the EI and ICU Pancaran Kasih General Hospital GMIM Manado. The research method is analytic observational with cross sectional approach. Sampling technique in this study total sampling. The data were collected by using questionnaires. Data processing using computer program with pearson chi-square test with significance level 95% (α =, 005). The result of this research by using pearson chi-square analysis showed that there was a significant correlation between work stress and performance on nurse (p = 0,001). Conclusion there is relationship between nurse work stress with nurse performance in EI and ICU Pancaran Kasih General Hospital GMIM Manado. Keywords: job stress, nurse performance
Abstrak Stres adalah situasi ketegangan/tekanan emosional yang dialami seseorang yang sedang menghadapi tuntutan yang sangat besar. klasifikasi tingkat stres diantaranya, stres ringan, sedang, dan berat. Kinerja adalah tingkat pencapaian hasil atau pelaksanaan tugas tertentu dalam rangka mewujudkan sasaran dan tujuan perusahaan Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa hubungan antara stres kerja perawat dengan kinerja perawat di IGD dan ICU RSU Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado.Metode penelitian yaitu observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian initotal sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data menggunakan program komputer dengan uji pearson chi-square dengan tingkat kemaknaan 95% (α = ,005). Hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis pearson chi-square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan stres kerja dengan kinerja pada perawat (p= 0,001). Kesimpulan terdapat hubungan antara stres kerja perawat dengan kinerja perawat di IGD dan ICU RSU Pancaran Kasih GMIM Manado.
