PENGARUH SIMULASI TINDAKAN RESUSITASI JANTUNG PARU (RJP) TERHADAP TINGKAT MOTIVASI SISWA MENOLONG KORBAN HENTI JANTUNG DI SMA NEGERI 9 BINSUS MANADO

Abstract

Abstract: An emergency situation can occurred whenever and wherever we are. Cardiac arrest is one of the emergency condition which life threatening and needs an immediate intervention. Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is a intervention that can decide whether the victim of cardiac arrest alive or not. By giving the CPR simulation to the high school students as expected could lift their knowledge and skill, so it can grow the motivation to the students to help people with cardiac arrest if they in the real situation. Purpose to know The Effect Of Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Simulation To The Motivation Level Of Student To Help The Victim Of Cardiac Arrest in 9 Senior High School Binsus Manado. Samples 33 respondents by using the Total Sampling technique. Design of the research is quasy experiment with one group pre-post test and by using the questionnaire sheet to get the data from respondents. Research result the P-value is 0,00 (< ï¡ = 0,05). Conclusion shows that there is an effect Of CPR simulation to the motivation level of helping people with cardiac arrest to the students of 9 Senior High School Binsus Manado. Suggestion to the school especially to all the students to use the experience and the knowledge that they already have from the simulation so that they can elevate their motivation to help people with cardiac arrest and for the next research, hopefully they can make a research of the other factors that can elevate the motivation level.

Abstrak: Kondisi kegawatdaruratan dapat terjadi dimana saja dan kapan saja. Henti jantung merupakan salah satu kondisi kegawatdaruratan yang dapat mengancam jiwa dan membutuhkan penanganan sesegera mungkin. Tindakan Resusitasi Jantung Paru (RJP) merupakan intervensi yang menjadi penentu penting dalam kelangsungan hidup korban henti jantung. Pemberian simulasi tindakan RJP pada siswa SMA diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan, sehingga dapat merangsang motivasi para siswa untuk menolong korban henti jantung apabila mereka melihatnya nanti secara langsung. Tujuan untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Simulasi Tindakan Resusitasi Jantung Paru (RJP) Terhadap Tingkat Motivasi Siswa Menolong Korban Henti Jantung di SMA Negeri 9 Binsus Manado. Sampel berjumlah 33 responden dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Desain penelitian yaitu quasy experiment with one group pre-post test dan menggunakan lembar kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data dari responden. Hasil Penelitian didapat nilai P-value sebesar 0,00 (< ï¡ = 0,05). Kesimpulan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh simulasi tindakan RJP terhadap tingkat motivasi menolong korban henti jantung pada siswa SMA Negeri 9 Binsus Manado. Saran agar pihak sekolah terutama para siswa dapat memanfaatkan pengalaman dan pengetahuan yang didapat dari kegiatan simulasi sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi untuk menolong korban henti jantung serta untuk peneliti selanjutnya, kiranya dapat meneliti mengenai faktor-faktor lain yang dapat meningkatkan tingkat motivasi.
