PERBEDAAN TEKANAN DARAH PADA SISI LENGAN YANG NORMAL DAN SISI LENGAN YANG LUMPUH PADA PASIEN STROKE DI RUANGAN IRINA F NEURO RSUP PROF. DR. R. D. KANDOU MANADO

Abstract

Abstrack : Stroke is a loss of brain function caused by the cessation of blood supply to the brain. Stroke is the most frequent cause of disability in the form of motion paralysis, speech disorders, thought processes, memory, and other forms of disability as a result of impaired brain function. The purpose was to determine differences blood pressure on the normal arm side and arm side that was paralyzed in stroke patients in Irina F Neuro RSUP Prof. DR. R. D. Kandou Manado. The research method used the design of "Pre Experiment One Group Pretest". The research was conducted at Irina F Neuro RSUP Prof. DR. R. D. Kandou Manado with a sample of 62 respondents. The instruments used were tension meters, patient data sheets, and observation sheets for blood pressure measurements. The results is based on Mann Whitney's statistical test showed that the systole value (0.617> 0.05) and the diastole value 1.00. The conclusion is that there is no difference in blood pressure between the normal arm and paralyzed arm in stroke patients in Irina F Neuro RSUP Prof. DR. R. D. Kandou Manado.

Abstrak : Stroke adalah kehilangan fungsi otak yang diakibatkan oleh berhentinya suplai darah ke otak. Stroke merupakan yang paling sering menyebabkan cacat berupa kelumpuhan gerak, gangguan bicara, proses berpikir, daya ingat, dan bentuk-bentuk kecacatan yang lain sebagai akibat gangguan fungsi otak. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan tekanan darah pada sisi lengan yang normal dan sisi lengan yang lumpuh pada pasien stroke di Irina F Neuro RSUP Prof. DR. R. D. Kandou Manado. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu desain “Pre Experimen One Group Pretestâ€. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Irina F Neuro RSUP Prof. DR. R. D. Kandou Manado dengan sampel sebanyak 62 responden. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu tensi meter, lembar data pasien, dan lembar observasi pengukuran tekanan darah. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan uji statistik mann whitney diketahui bahwa nilai sistol (0,617> 0,05) dan nilai p diastole 1,00. Kesimpulannya yaitu tidak ada perbedaan tekanan darah antara lengan yang normal dan lengan yang lumpuh pada pasien stroke di Irina F Neuro RSUP Prof. DR. R. D. Kandou Manado.
