Background: The high prevalence of stunting has become a public health issue requiring comprehensive intervention, one of which is through Supplementary Feeding Programs (SFP). Objective: This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of SFP in improving the nutritional status of children. Methods: This study used a quantitative approach with a pre-post test design in a single group without control. The sample consisted of children aged 6-59 months selected through purposive sampling technique. Results: Data collection was conducted through structured interviews and anthropometric measurements using BMI-for-age indicators. Data analysis employed paired t-test with a significance level of p<0.05. Results showed that the majority of children consumed supplementary feeding regularly, and the average weight of children increased after the intervention. Statistical analysis indicated a significant relationship between supplementary feeding consumption and weight gain. Conclusions: This study concludes that SFP is effective in improving the nutritional status of children under five. It is recommended that SFP implementation be carried out sustainably with consumption monitoring and nutritional education for parents to maintain positive outcomes.
