Hypertension in pregnant women is a condition of increased blood pressure that occurs after 20 weeks of gestation. This condition can have a serious impact on the health of the mother and the fetus she is carrying. <strong>Objective:</strong> This study aims to determine the relationship between stress and the incidence of hypertension in primigravida pregnant women. <strong>Method:</strong> This research design is quantitative research with an analytical survey method using a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was all pregnant women who came for pregnancy check-ups, namely 172 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, the sample size was 75 respondents. <strong>Results:</strong> There is a significant relationship between stress and the incidence of hypertension in pregnant women (P &lt; 0.05).<strong>Conclusion: </strong></em><em>High level of stress in pregnant women can increase the risk of hypertension during pregnancy. Social support is one way to reduce students' academic stress levels during online learning. <strong>Aim</strong> :The aim of this research is to determine the relationship between social support and students' academic stress levels during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. <strong>Methods</strong> :The method used was a cross sectional design and a research sample of </em><em>235 respondents using the Stratified Random Sampling technique. This research was conducted online using a social support instrument, namely the MSPSS (Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support) questionnaire and an academic stress level instrument, namely the PASS (Perception of Academic Stress Scale) questionnaire. Data analysis uses Spearman rank correlation. <strong>Results</strong> :The results of this research show that p &lt; 0.05 with a significant value of p = 0.00 and a correlation coefficient (r) = -613 so that there is a relationship between social support and students' academic stress levels which protect them during online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. An unnatural or excessive dependence on online games can have a negative impact on a person's physical and psychological well-being. <strong>Aim.</strong> This study aims to explore how the impact of Mobile Legends games on the behavior and emotions of adolescents in Leilem Village, Sonder District, Minahasa Regency. <strong>Methods.</strong> This study used a qualitative research design with a phenomenological study approach. Data collection was done by in-depth interviews and observation. Sampling in this study used purposive sampling technique, with the number of participants being 12 people, namely 10 adolescents and 2 parents. Data analysis was carried out based on the steps according to Colaizzi. <strong>Results.</strong> In this study, 3 themes were obtained: 1) Factors causing addiction to the Mobile Legends game, 2) Changes due to playing the Mobile Legends game on adolescents in various aspects, 3) Parents' response to changes in adolescents due to playing the Mobile Legends game. <strong>Conclusion.</strong> Addiction to playing the Mobile Legends game in adolescents has an impact on various changes in the behavior and emotions of adolescents. Preceptors have duties as educators and<br />clinical officers who are often constrained by time and workload. When teaching, preceptors<br />need methods or strategies so that learning objectives can be achieved and are effective.<br />Objective: The aim is to analyze the competency gap for Clinical Nurses 3 in clinical guidance<br />capacity at Cibabat Cimahi Regional Hospital. Method: The design of this research is action<br />research. Taking total sampling, the research reached stage 2 of the 4 stages of action<br />research.Results: the results of Clinical Nurses 3 , Nurse Competency in implementing clinical<br />guidance for students are still low. Part A regarding student evaluation, the average score is<br />31.319 with 22 people with high competency and 25 people with low competency. Part B is<br />about determining individual goals and teaching, the average score is 42.1 with 17 people with<br />high competency and 30 people with low competency. Part C is about determining teaching<br />strategies, the average score is 60.8 with 18 people with high competency and 29 people with<br />low competency. Part D regarding knowledge demonstrations held, the average score was 17<br />with 20 people with high competency and 27 people with low competency. Of the 6 elderly people who were interviewed in Motoboi Besar Village, 5 forgot their date of birth and the "today" date they were asked about..<strong>Objective:</strong> of the study was to find out </em><em>about the intellectual function of the elderly in Motoboi Besar Village, East Kotamobagu District</em>.<em>.<strong>Methods:</strong></em><em>This type of research is quantitative and uses a descriptive design; the method in this study is the survey method. The sample taken was composed of 85 respondents. The instrument used is the SPMSQ questionnaire. The data analysis in this study is univariate</em><em>. <strong>Results</strong>:</em><em> it was found that the elderly in Motoboi Besar Village, East Kotamobagu, had the most intact intellectual functions, namely 53 (62.4%) respondents; intellectual functions that experienced mild damage were 16 (18.8%) elderly respondents; and intellectual functions that experienced moderate damage were 14 (16.5%) elderly respondents.</em><strong><em>Conclusion</em></strong><em>: </em><em>In this study found that the elderly respondents in Motoboi Besar Village, East Kotamobagu, mostly have intact intellectual functions.For future researchers, further research is needed regarding cognitive function,such as the relationship of lifestyle and cognitive function elderly.</em></p> <p><em> </em></p> <p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Elderly intellectual functions; Elderly</em></p> Vika Tjomo Kristamuliana Sefti S. The mother's lack of information will influence her behavior in delivering adequate diet to her children. <strong>Aim:</strong> The purpose of this study was to investigate the correlation between mother's knowledge and stunting incidents experienced by toddlers in the working area of ​​Abang I Public Health Centre. <strong>Methodology: </strong></em><em>This study included a quantitative method, analytic observational research, and a cross-sectional strategy. 107 respondents were sampled using a </em><em>purposive</em> <em>sampling procedure. The individual impact of stunting includes, among other things, causing brain growth disorders which can result in permanent disruption of brain function. Stunting occurs due to many factors, including immunization status and exclusive breastfeeding. <strong>Aim</strong> :The aim of the research is to analyze stunting in toddlers based on immunization status and exclusive breastfeeding. <strong>Methods</strong> :Research methods quantitative design with a cross sectional approach. The population was 1,361 toddlers with a sample size of 93 toddlers. <strong>Results</strong> :The results showed the highest basic immunization status was complete, namely complete, 81 people, the highest exclusive breastfeeding, namely 76 people were given exclusive breastfeeding, and the highest incidence of stunting, namely not stunting (normal), 72 people and 21 toddlers experienced stunting, between the incidence of stunting and the immunization status obtained. One of the nonpharmacological therapies that can provide a relaxing effect on the body to be able to control blood pressure is guided imagery therapy. <strong>Objective:</strong> This study aims to identify the effect of Guided Imagery therapy on changes in blood pressure in people with hypertension. <strong>Methods:</strong> This study is a type of quantitative research that uses pre experimental research methods with One group pre-test and post-test design, namely measuring blood pressure using a tensimeter before being given an intervention and after being given an intervention. The sample size was 21 people with hypertension who were taken using non probability sampling technique using consecutive sampling. <strong>Results:</strong> After the intervention there was a decrease in mean systolic blood pressure by 20 mmHg and diastolic blood pressure by 10 mmHg. Factors that affect the quality of sleep is work with a shift system, one of which works as a nurse. The <strong>Aim</strong> was to analyze the relationship between sleep quality and blood pressure in nurses. The <strong>Methods </strong>is used an analytic observational research design, with a cross-sectional approach that was tested using the Spearman Rank correlation test. The <strong>Sample</strong> was determined using a non-probability sampling technique, using a purposive sampling method, and to determine the sample size of this study using the Slovin formula, and obtained a total sample of 72 respondents. The <strong>Results </strong>is obtained p value = 0.042 (p = &lt;0.05) and r value = 0.241. The <strong>Conclusion</strong> is that there is a relationship between sleep quality and blood pressure in nurses with a low level of correlation strength and has a positive correlation direction or the correlation coefficient value of the two variables has a relationship direction that is directly proportional.
