PENGARUH TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP LOYALITAS KARYAWAN DENGAN KEPUASAN KERJA SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI DI CV PENJUNAN SEJAHTERA

Changes in the business environment require companies to manage human resources strategically, where employee loyalty plays a key role in ensuring organizational sustainability. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and work environment on employee loyalty, with job satisfaction as a mediating variable, at CV Penjunan Sejahtera. A quantitative research approach was applied using hierarchical regression and path analysis. Mediation testing was conducted using the bootstrapping method via the PROCESS Macro in SPSS to obtain more accurate estimates of indirect effects. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to all employees, totaling 32 respondents. The results indicate that transformational leadership and work environment significantly affect job satisfaction. Transformational leadership does not directly influence loyalty, but shows a significant indirect effect through job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the work environment has a direct impact on employee loyalty without mediation. These findings highlight the importance of improving leadership quality and directly enhancing workplace conditions as core strategies to foster long-term employee loyaltyReferences
