Abstrak:

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi integrasi metafisika Tiongkok, khususnya sistem BaZi (Empat Pilar Takdir), ke dalam strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia dalam industri perhotelan. Menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif, studi ini menyelidiki bagaimana komposisi elemen individu berdasarkan tanggal lahir mereka (Kayu, Api, Tanah, Logam, Air) memengaruhi karakteristik kepribadian, preferensi kerja, dan kinerja pekerjaan. Melalui wawancara, studi kasus, dan observasi lapangan, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi pola yang menghubungkan elemen BaZi tertentu dengan peran pekerjaan yang sesuai dalam bidang perhotelan, seperti layanan tamu, kuliner, dan koordinasi acara. Temuan penelitian menyoroti potensi BaZi sebagai alat untuk menyelaraskan bakat dengan peran organisasi, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, mengurangi tingkat turnover, serta berkontribusi pada keberlanjutan jangka panjang dalam industri tersebut.
