ANALISIS KETERSEDIAAN SARANA & PRASARANA DI KECAMATAN WEDA UTARA KABUPATEN HALMAHERA TENGAH

Abstrak
Prasarana & sarana merupakan salah satu poin penting dalam pengembangan wilayah. Sejalan dengan
perkembangan jumlah penduduk maka bertambah pula kebutuhan terhadap Prasarana & sarana
lingkungann. Kondisi eksistingg Sarana & Prasarana permukiman di kecamatann Weda Utara di setiap
lokasi kawasan permukiman masih kurang memadai seperti fasilita social dan untuk prasarana penunjang
permukiman untuk akses jalan, drainase, air bersih dan pengelolaan persampahan yang belum tersedia
secara maksimal di kawasan permukiman di setiap desa diantaranyaa desa gemaf, sagea, kiya, firtu dan
waleh. begitupun pertumbuhan penduduk di Keamatan Weda Utara yang mengalami peningkatan akibat dari
kehadiran perusahaan yang menjadi kebutuhan setiap orang untuk menggantungkan hidupnya dengan
bekerja sebagai profesi buru tambang atau kariawan yang berasal dari luar Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah
bahkan hingga Maluku Utara. Tujuan dari skripsi ini adalah mengidentifikasi kondisii dann menganalisis
prasaranaa dan sarana di Kecamatan Weda Utara. Metode analisis skripsi ini adalah observasi dengan
maksud menggambarkan dan mengidentifikasi kondisi eksistingg prasarana & sarana permukiman yang
ada di Kecamatan Weda Utara lalu dilakukan analisis proyeksi terhadap Prasarana & sarana berdasarkan
SNI. Hasil Skripsi ini adalah berdasarkan dari hasil identifikasi kondisi esksisting Kecamatan Weda Utara
memiliki kemudahan akses namun jalan lingkungan yang ada pada setiap kelurahan belum maksimal pada
aspek prasarana. Selain itu, untuk kebutuhan sarana terhadap semua wilayah kelurahan Kecamatan
Halmahera Utara membutuhkan fasilitas Pendidikan, Kesehatan dan peribadatan sesuai dengan proyeksi
penduduk dan kebutuhan prasarana seperti jalan, air bersih, drainase dan sistem pengolahan sampah
dibutuhkan perhatian serius pada Desa Fritu dan Desa Wasleh

Abstract
Infrastructure and facilities are one of the important points in regional development. In line with population
growth, the need for environmental infrastructure and facilities also increases. The existing conditions of
settlement facilities and infrastructure in the North Weda sub-district at each location of the settlement area
are still inadequate such as social facilities and for settlement support infrastructure for road access,
drainage, clean water and solid waste management which are not yet maximally available in residential
areas in each village, including villages. gemaf, sagea, kiya, firtu and waleh. as well as population growth
in the North Weda District which has increased as a result of the presence of companies which have become
a necessity for everyone to depend on their life by working as a mining profession or career workers who
come from outside Central Halmahera Regency and even to North Maluku. The purpose of this study was to
identify the conditions and analyze the existing infrastructure and facilities in the District of North Weda.
The analytical method used in this research is observation with the intention of describing and identifying
the existing conditions of infrastructure and settlement facilities in North Weda District, then a projection
analysis of infrastructure and facilities is carried out based on SNI. The results of this study are based on the
identification of the existing conditions in North Weda Subdistrict, which has easy access, but the existing
environmental roads in each kelurahan have not been maximized in terms of infrastructure. In addition, for
the need for facilities for all kelurahan areas, North Halmahera Subdistrict requires Education, Health and
worship facilities in accordance with population projections and infrastructure needs such as roads, clean
water, drainage and waste processing systems, serious attention is needed in Fritu Village and Wasleh
Village.
