PROSPEK PENERAPAN GREEN TRANSPORTATION DI KOTA TOMOHON

Abstract

ABSTRAK

Adapun dalam RTRW Kota Tomohon tahun 2013-2033 menyampaikan terkait upaya pengembangan sistem transportasi juga dalam RPJMD Kota Tomohon tahun 2021-2026 mengenai upaya peningkatan infrastruktur yang berwawasan lingkungan dan berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan penetapan kebijakan tersebut, maka diperlukan penanganan yang tepat. Transportasi hijau (green transportation) juga sebagai atribut penyusun kota hijau (green city) adalah suatu upaya perwujudan moda transportasi yang ramah lingkungan serta berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kesiapan Kota Tomohon dalam penerapan konsep green transportation. Kualitatif deskriptif digunakan sebagai metode dengan analisis kondisi dan kesesuaian infrastruktur dan analisis SWOT sebagai input bagi analisis kesiapan (readiness assessment) dengan metode skoring yang akan mengukur tingkat kesiapan pemahaman masyarakat, kesiapan preferensi masyarakat dalam melakukan perjalanan, dan kesiapan infrastruktur dasar transportasi hijau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman masyarakat memperoleh skor 5 dengan kategori siap, untuk preferensi masyarakat dalam melakukan perjalanan memperoleh skor 7 dengan kategori siap, dan untuk infrastruktur dasar green transportation memperoleh skor 5 dengan kategori tidak siap. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan secara menyeluruh maka diperoleh presentase kesiapan adalah 66,6% dengan kategori cukup siap.

ABSTRACT

In terms of Tomohon City RPJMD efforts to improve environmentally friendly and sustainable infrastructure, the 2013–2033 Tomohon City Spatial Planning communicates related to efforts to develop the transportation system. It is necessary to handle the right in light of these policies' determination. Green transportation(green transportation) likewise as a constituent characteristic of a green city(green city) is a work to understand a harmless to the ecosystem and practical method of transportation. This study means to look at the preparation of Tomohon City in applying the idea green transportation. The scoring method for readiness analysis (readiness assessment) will measure the level of readiness of the community's understanding, the community's preferences for traveling, and the readiness of the basic infrastructure for green transportation. Descriptive qualitative is used as a method with analysis of the condition and suitability of infrastructure and SWOT analysis as input. The consequences of the review show that local area understanding gets a score of 5 in the prepared classification, for individuals' inclinations in voyaging, they get a score of 7 in the prepared class, and for fundamental foundation green transportation get a score of 5 with the ill-equipped classification. The percentage of readiness is 66.6%, with the category of "quite ready" following a thorough calculation.
