STUDI PENGETAHUAN IBU NIFAS TENTANG PERAWATAN LUKA PERINEUM DI RSU DR. SAMRATULANGI TONDANO

Abstract

Tindakan episiotomi pada pertolongan persalinan merupakan tindakan dengan tujuan untuk menyelamatkan ibu dan bayi.Hal ini terbukti 70% wanita yang melahirkan pervaginam banyak mengalami trauma perineum, persalinan pervaginam dengan luka perineum memiliki resiko lebih besar mengalami infeksi. Ibu nifas dengan luka perineum bila tidak dirawat akan terjadi infeksi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuipengetahuan ibu nifas tentang perawatan luka perineum di RSU. Dr. Samratulangi Tondano. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang dilaksanakan di RSU. DR. Samratulangi Tondano pada tanggal 18 Agustus – 10 September  tahun 2014. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di RSU.DR. Sam Ratulangi Tondanopada 46 responden, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan responden tentang perawatan luka perineum di RSU.DR.Sam Ratulangi Tondano,responden dengan pengetahuan baik 33 (71,8%) responden,  pengetahuan cukup 10 (21,7%) responden dan pengetahuan kurang 3 (6,5%) responden.

ABSTRACT

Episiotomy in childbirth assistance is an action aimed at saving mothers and babies. It is evident that 70% of women who give birth to vaginal discharge experience a lot of perineal trauma, vaginal delivery with perineal wounds has a greater risk of infection. Postpartum mothers with perineal wounds if not treated, infection will occur. The purpose of this study was to find out the knowledge of postpartum mothers about the care of perineal wounds at the RSU. Dr. Samratulangi Tondano. This research is a descriptive study conducted at the RSU. DR. Samratulangi Tondano on August 18 - September 10, 2014. Based on the results of research conducted at RSU.DR. Sam Ratulangi Tondanopada 46 respondents, it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of respondents about perineal wound care in RSU.DR. Sam Ratulangi Tondano, respondents with good knowledge 33 (71.8%) respondents, knowledge is enough 10 (21.7%) respondents and knowledge of less than 3 (6.5%) respondents.
