PENGARUH STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA TENAGA KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS MUBUNE KECAMATAN LIKUPANG BARAT MINAHASA UTARA
Abstract
Kinerja adalah hasil yang diperoleh dari suatu organisasi baik organisasi tersebut bersifat profit oriented dan non profit oriented yang dihasilkan selama satu periode waktu.Kinerja merupakan hasil pekerjaan yang mempunyai hubungan kuat dan tujuan strategis organisasi, kepuasan konsumen, dan memberikan kontribusi ekonomi. Faktor penyebab stres yaitu beban kerja yang berlebihan, tekanan dan sikap pimpinan yang kurang adil dan wajar, waktu dan peralatan kerja yang kurang memadai, konflik antara pribadi dengan pimpinan atau kelompok kerja. Hasil observasi kinerja dari tenaga kesehatan yang ada di Puskesmas Mubune belum bisa dikatakan baik karena tugas setiap tenaga kesehatan memiliki tanggung jawab ganda sekaligus sehingga tidak sesuai dengan standar prosedur yang ada, maka dalam melaksanakan kerjanya banyak ditemui laporan bulanan mereka yang tidak lengkap sehingga pada saat pembuatan laporan yang akan dimasukkan kedinas kesehatan banyak yang kurang akibatnya banyak laporan yang hasil dari setiap bulannya sama. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja dengan kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Mubune. Metode penelitian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan penelitian Cross Sectional (potong lintang). Populasi dan sampel  dalam penelitian ini adalah semua tenaga kesehatan yang ada di Puskesmas Mubune yang berjumlah 49 tenaga kesehatan. Hasil penelitian terdapat pengeruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Mubune dengan nilai p.value 0,029.Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Mubune. Saran diharapkan agar setiap program yang diberikan harus sesuai dengan profesi masing-masing tenaga kesehatan sehingga dapat mengurangi stress kerja tenaga kesehatan dan dapat meningkatkan kinerja tenaga kesehatan.

ABSTRACT
Performance is the result obtained from an organization both the organization is profit oriented and non profit oriented which is produced over a period of time. Performance is the result of work that has a strong relationship and strategic objectives of the organization, customer satisfaction, and economic contribution. Factors causing stress are excessive workload, pressure and attitudes of leaders that are less than fair and reasonable, inadequate time and working equipment, conflicts between individuals and leaders or work groups. The results of observations of the performance of health workers in the Mubune Health Center can not be said to be good because the task of each health worker has multiple responsibilities at once so it is not in accordance with existing standard procedures, so in carrying out their work many of their monthly reports are found incomplete so at the time of manufacture many of the reports that will be submitted to the health department are a result of which many reports have the same results every month. The research objective was to analyze the effect of work stress on the performance of health workers in the Mubune Health Center. The research method is quantitative research with cross sectional study design. The population and sample in this study were all health workers in Mubune Puskesmas, which totaled 49 health workers. The results of the study found that there was an effect of work stress on the performance of health workers in the Mubune Community Health Center with a p value of 0.029. The conclusion is that there is an effect of work stress on the performance of health workers in the Mubune Community Health Center. Suggestions are expected that each program given must be in accordance with the profession of each health worker so that it can reduce the work stress of health workers and can improve the performance of health workers.
