UJI KUALITAS AIR BERSIH DARI PT. AIR MANADO BERDASARKAN PARAMETER BIOLOGI DAN FISIK DI KELURAHAN BATU KOTA KOTA MANADO

Abstract

Air bersih merupakan standar baku mutu kesehatan lingkungan untuk media air untuk keperluan higiene sanitasi meliputi parameter fisik, biologi, kimia yang dapat berupa parameter wajib dan parameter tambahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas air bersih dari PT. Air Manado berdasarkan parameter biologi dan fisik di Kelurahan Batu Kota Kota Manado. Penelitian ini merupakan observasional berbasis laboratorium. Jumlah sampel yang di ambil sebanyak 20 pelanggan yang diperoleh secara purposive sampling. Semua parameter dilakukan pemeriksaan laboratorium parameter yang diukur yaitu Bau, Rasa, Kekeruhan, Warna, E.Coli. Data dianalisis dan di tampilkan dalam bentuk tabel . Dalam 20 sampel air bersih yang diperiksa terdapat 19 sampel (95%) yang megandung  E.coli dengan jumlah berkisar 17- > 2400 MPN E.coli.  Parameter  bau, rasa, kekeruhan, semuanya memenuhi syarat yang. Parameter warna terdapat 1 sampel air bersih yang tidak memenuhi syarat . Keberadaan E.coli  pada penelitian ini yaitu  bahwa 19 sampel (95%) telah tercemar E.coli, dan pada kualitas fisik warna air bersih menunjukkan bahwa 1 sampel air bersih (5%) kualitas fisik air bersih tidak memenuhi syarat.

 ABSTRACT

 Clean water is a standard quality of environmental health for water media to sanitation hygienic needs which are physics, biology, chemisty that can be primary parameter and secandary parameter. The purpose of this research is to know the quality of a clean water of PT. Air Manado based on biology and physical parameter ini Batu Kota Manado City. This research is a laboratory observation. The amount of the sample that taleen is 20 customers which obtaind as purposive sampling. In parameter was checked in laboratory, the parameter has measured are smell, taste, turbidity, colour, E. coli. Data is analyzed and. Olisplayed in tabular form. On  20 sample of clean water was checked there is 19 sample (95%) that contained wirth E. coli. With the amounle around 17- > 2400 MPN E.coli. Smell, taste, turbidity parameter, all of that fuifill the required condition. Colour parameter there is 1 sample of clean water that doesnit fuifill the required conditions. The existence of  E.coli in this research is there are 19 sample (95%) has contaminated with E.coli, and on the physic quality of the clean waters colour shawed that 1 sample of clean water (5%) the physic quality of clean water doesnit fulfill the required conditions.
