ANALISIS PENGARUH PANDEMI COVID-19 TERHADAP PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI PUSKESMAS RANOTANA WERU DAN PUSKESMAS TELING ATAS KOTA MANADO

Abstract

Peran Fasilitas Kesehatan Tingkat Pertama  pada pandemi Covid-19 sangat penting dalam melakukan prevensi, deteksi dan respon di dalam pencegahan dan pengendalian Covid-19. Kasus Covid-19 di Kecamatan Wanea memiliki jumlah kasus Covid-19 terbanyak yang ada di Kota Manado. Covid-19 merupakan penyakit yang disebabkan oleh virus corona. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pandemi Covid-19 terhadap pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Ranotana Weru dan Puskesmas Teling Atas dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu Puskesmas Ranotana Weru memiliki perubahan alur pelayanan yaitu menerapkan sistem one stop service dan hanya membuka 2 tempat pemeriksaan saja dan saat ini harus melalui proses skrining, Puskesmas Teling Atas juga memiliki  perubahan alur pelayanan yaitu harus melalui proses skrining dan memiliki 2 poli, poli umum dan poli ISPA serta terdapat penurunan jumlah pasien / pengunjung yang datang di Puskesmas Ranotana Weru dan Puskesmas Teling Atas. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu pandemi Covid-19 mempengaruhi pelayanan kesehatan yang ada di Puskesmas Ranotana Weru dan Puskesmas Teling Atas, diantaranya memiliki perubahan alur pelayanan, penerapan skrining serta terdapat penurunan jumlah pasien / pengunjung yang datang di Puskesmas. Saran kepada pihak Puskesmas, kiranya dapat mempertahankan dan mengembangkan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas dan dapat melakukan pelayanan yang lebih baik ketika menghadapi pandemi seperti ini dikemudian hari.

ABSTRACT

The role of First Level Health Facilities in the Covid-19 pandemic is very important in conducting prevention, detection and response in the prevention and control of Covid-19. The Covid-19 cases in Wanea District have the highest number of Covid-19 cases in Manado City. Covid-19 is a disease caused by the corona virus. This study aims to analyze the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on health services at Ranotana Weru public health center and Teling Atas public health center using qualitative methods. The results obtained were that the Ranotana Weru public health center had a change in service flow, namely implementing a one stop service system and only opening 2 checkpoints and currently having to go through a screening process, Teling Atas public health center also had a change in service flow, namely having to go through a screening process and have 2 poly, general polyclinic and ARI poly and there was a decrease in the number of patient / visitors who came to Ranotana Weru public health center and Teling Atas public health center. The conclusion of this study is that the Covid-19 pandemic has affected health services at the Ranotana Weru public health center and the Teling Atas public health center, including changes in service flow, the application of screening and a decrease in the number of patients / visitors coming to the public health center. Suggestions to the public health center are that they can maintain and develop health services at public health center and be able to provide better services when facing a pandemic like this in the future.
