ASOSIASI ANTARA POSISI KERJA DENGAN KELUHAN MUSKULOSKELETAL PADA PENJAHIT DI INDONESIA: REVIEW SISTEMATIS

Abstract

Industri konveksi pakaian sangatlah menjanjikan, karena di zaman sekarang semakin banyak permintaan dari konsumen dalam hal pakaian sehingga membuat banyak pengusaha ingin merintis usaha dibidang koveksi pakaian. Setiap posisi kerja mempunyai manfaat yang berbeda terhadap tubuh. Beberapa jenis pekerjaan akan memerlukan sikap dan posisi tertentu yang kadang tidak nyaman, Tujuan Penelitian: Menganalisis asosisasi posisi kerja dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal pada penjahit di Indonesia. Metode Penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Sistematik Review dengan berpedoman pada Preferred Reporting Items For Systematic Review and Meta Analysis (PRISMA 2009). Hasil Penelitian: Masih banyak penjahit yang mengalami posisi kerja yang tidak baik dan juga banyak penjahit yang memiliki keluhan muskuloskeletal sehingga dapat menghambat pekerjaan dan membuat penjahit kurang produktif dalam bekerja.  Kesimpulan: Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara posisi kerja dengan keluhan muskuloskeletal pada penjahit.

ABSTRACT

The clothing convection industry is very promising, because nowadays there are more and more demands from consumers in terms of clothing, so that many entrepreneurs want to start a business in the field of clothing covection. Each work position has different benefits for the body. Several types of work will require certain attitudes and positions that are sometimes uncomfortable. Research Objectives: To analyze the association of work positions with musculoskeletal complaints in tailors in Indonesia. Research Methods: This study uses a systematic review research type guided by Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Review and Meta Analysis (PRISMA 2009). Results: There are still many tailors who experience poor work positions and also many tailors who have musculoskeletal complaints that can hinder work and make tailors less productive in their work. Conclusion: Based on the 6 articles obtained, the average study states that there is a significant relationship between work position and musculoskeletal complaints in tailors.
