Gambaran Pelayanan Kesehatan pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 di Puskesmas Tumpaan Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan
Abstract
Pelayanan Kesehatan Puskesmas telah berperan penting dalam pencegahan dan pendeteksian COVID19 selama masa pandemi, serta dalam merespon pencegahan dan penanganan COVID19. Di tengah pandemi virus Corona, upaya kesehatan masyarakat akan tetap dilakukan sesuai kebutuhan. Puskesmas terus menawarkan jenis bantuan penting untuk mengatasi masalah daerah untuk administrasi kesejahteraan dan untuk mencapai norma-norma bantuan paling sedikit. Puskesmas Tumpaan juga memiliki tanggung jawab yang sama di wilayah kerja yaitu di kecamatan tumpaan dengan menjalankan pelayanan kesehatan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Gambaran Pelaynan..Kesehatan..Pada..Masa Pandemi COVID19 Di Puskesmas Tumpaan Kabpaten Minahasa Selatan sudah baik dengan dilakukannya pelayanan kesehatan degan SOP pelayanan COVID-19 dan perubahan alur pelayanan serta penyediaan sarana prasarana yang menunjang pelayanan. Kesimpulan dari peneltian ini yaitu Gambaran Pelayanan Kesehatan Pada Masa Pandemi COVID-19 Di Puskesmas Tumpaan Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan sudah baik dengan dilakukannya pelayanan kesehatan degan SOP pelayanan COVID-19 dan perubahan alur pelayanan serta penyediaan sarana prasarana yang menunjang pelayanan dalam rangka memutuskan rantai penularan COVID-19. Saran untuk Puskesmas, kiranya Puskesmas dapat mempertahankan dan mengembangkan pelayanan kesehatan yang baik yang sesuai dengan Standar pelayanan pada masa Pandemi COVID-19.

ABSTRACT
Public Health Center Health Services have played an important role in the prevention and detection of COVID19 during the pandemic, as well as in responding to the prevention and handling of COVID19. In the midst of the Corona virus pandemic, public health efforts will continue to be carried out as needed. Community health centers continue to offer important types of assistance to address regional problems for welfare administration and to achieve minimum aid norms. The Tumpaan Public Health Center also has the same responsibility in the work area, namely in the Tumpaan sub-district by running good health services. This study aims to use quantitative methods to find out the description of medical services during the COVID 19 pandemic at the Tumpaan Health Center, South Minahasa Regency. The results of the study show that the description of health services during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Tumpaan Public Health Center, South Minahasa Regency has been good with health services carried out with COVID-19 service SOPs and changes in service flow and the provision of infrastructure that supports health services during the COVID-19 pandemic. The conclusion of this study is that the overview of health services during the COVID-19 pandemic at the Tumpaan Public Health Center, South Minahasa Regency, has been good with health services with COVID-19 service SOPs and changes in service flow and the provision of infrastructure facilities that support services in order to break the chain of transmission. COVID-19. Suggestions for Public Health Centers, may Public Health Centers be able to maintain and develop good health services in accordance with service standards during the COVID-19 Pandemic.
