Gambaran Perilaku Masyarakat Tentang Pencegahan Demam Berdarah Dengue di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Gogagoman Kota Kotamobagu Tahun 2022

Abstract

The mosquito is the fastest growing in the world and has infected nearly 390 million people each year. Cases of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) that occur in the community in the work area of ​​the health center experience fluctuations. The purpose of this study was to describe community behavior regarding the prevention of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever in the working area of ​​the Kotamobagu Health Center. This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The sample size used was 97 respondents using accidental sampling. This research was conducted from October to November 2022. Public knowledge of DHF prevention was included in the unfavorable category with a total of 57 respondents (58.8%), while the community's attitude towards DHF prevention was included in the positive category with 85 respondents (87.6%) ) and community action on dengue prevention it is still not good with the number of respondents 53 (55.7%).
