ABSTRACT
Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) in the school environment reflects the collective awareness of students, teachers, and the entire school community in maintaining health. PHBS is formed through an educational process that fosters individual independence in preventing disease, improving health quality, and creating a clean and comfortable school environment. Common health complaints experienced by school-age children are often caused by suboptimal PHBS practices. Therefore, it is important for schools to instill PHBS values in a structured manner, one of which is through the School Health Program (UKS) (Supriyatno, 2021). This study aims to describe the level of knowledge, attitudes, and behavior of students at SD Negeri II Motoling, South Minahasa Regency, regarding the implementation of PHBS. This study used a survey-based quantitative descriptive approach and was conducted between

Based on the results of data collection, it was found that the majority of students had a high level of knowledge regarding PHBS (97.9%), while 2.1% still had a low level of knowledge. In terms of attitudes, 52.3% of students showed attitudes that supported PHBS, while 47.7% still did not show appropriate attitudes. As for behavior, 83.3% of students had practiced actions that reflected PHBS, while the remaining 16.7% had not implemented them consistently. Thus, in general, students of SD Negeri II Motoling showed a very good level of k nowledge, quite positive attitudes, and actions that supported the implementation of clean and healthy living behaviors in the school environment.
