Personal protective equipment (PPE) is essential gear designed to shield workers from potential workplace hazards. In Indonesia, there are approximately 99,000 workplace accidents reported each year, with 70% resulting in death or permanent disability. This study aims to assess the knowledge, attitudes, and practices of employees regarding the use of PPE at PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Kotamobagu. Using a descriptive quantitative method and involving all employees as respondents, the findings reveal that all workers possess good knowledge of PPE, 98% have a positive attitude, and 96% demonstrate proper use of PPE. These results highlight the importance of ongoing support to maintain and further improve safe behaviors related to PPE usage.
