ABSTRACT
Sea sponges have enormous bioactive potential. The research was to identify the antioxidant and ethanol sponge ethanol Stylissa carteri collected from the mando bay. The study is an experimental laboratory that will test the antioxidant activity of collected Stylissa carteri sponge extract from manado bay. The findings suggest the antioxidant activity of the Stylissa carteri sponge obtained from manado bay has antioxidant activity and the higher the concentration of it increases. The most high antioxidant activity found on the Stylissa carteri spong with a concentration of 25 ppm.
