The fierce competition among bakeries in Kawangkoan are seen in the different product quality and varying price. The objective of this study is to examine the effect quality of product and price on the purchasing decision of Roti Acong in Kawangkoan. This research is a quantitative research with a multiple linear regression analysis technique. The sample contained in this study amounted to 100 samples. Digital marketing, or online marketing, is a form of marketing carried out using technology and the internet that aims to connect with customers through social media, websites, email, and other forms. Using brand ambassadors to promote products is the most effective promotional method to increase sales and improve consumer perceptions of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of the brand ambassador K-Pop EXO on purchase decisions for Scarlett products in Manado. This research uses a quantitative method using simple linear regression analysis. The statistical tests carried out are validity tests, reliability tests, descriptive statistical tests, correlation coefficient analysis, t tests and coefficient of determination tests. After processing the data, researchers obtained the results that the brand ambassador K-Pop EXO had a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. The sampling technique in this research was saturated sampling with a total sample size of 54 employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UP2B Sistem Minahasa. The results of the research show that Knowledge Sharing has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. To analyze the impact of both product quality and service quality on brand image, this research uses multiple linear regression. This research uses a quantitative approach, and the population is all customers at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Bahu with 100 respondents as samples. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique using the accidental sampling method and data collection uses a questionnaire. Data analysis uses instrument testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, and multiple linear regression analysis with data processing using SPSS version 23. The results of this research show that partially Servicescape does not have a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, partially Personal Selling has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction. Kawanua Dasa Pratama (Manado Paniki Branch). Data collection techniques in this research were questionnaires, observation, literature study and documentation. The sample used in this research was 57 employee respondents. Data collection was carried out by administering a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this research uses SPPS Version 25. The results of this research show that occupational safety and health have an influence on employee performance. Curabeauty uses various ways in promoting their products. One of them is by utilizing TikTok social media as a promotional tool. Through TikTok, selling goods is also easier because it can show the form of merchandise clearly accompanied by filter and music effects that make promotional videos look more attractive and not boring. This type of research uses qualitative research by choosing Curabeauty stores as research objects, especially on their tiktok accounts. Data collected through interviews with informants as well as observation and documentation. This study used quantitative methods. The sample used in the study amounted to 100 respondents of coffee consumers who came to enjoy Cofee at Babang Redo Outlet. The results of the study used SPSS 25. The data analysis techniques used in this study are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, partial tests (t tests), simultaneous tests (f tests), and correlation and determination coefficient tests. This type of research is descriptive quantitative, using a correlation approach and simple linear regression. The population in this study were students from the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Sam Ratulangi University Manado with sample criteria, namely students who have used or bought Scarlett Body Lotion products at Shopee, have bought similar products from the Scarlett Whitening brand, and have seen or visited advertisements about these products at Shopee. The research sample consisted of 97 respondents using a Likert scale questionnaire instrument. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of Word of Mouth Communication on purchasing decisions. This type of research uses a quantitative approach. The research population is active students at Sam Ratulangi University Manado who have purchased and used Emina products. The total sample was 100 respondents using non-random sampling techniques. The data analysis technique uses simple regression analysis with the IBM SPSS version 29 program.
