The purpose of this study was to determine the effect (response) of chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum sp.) on planting media made of Tomohon andosol soil (T), chicken manure (A), cow manure (S). This study lasted for 3 (three) starting from July to September 2021. The design used in this study was a completely randomized design (CRD) with 8 (eight) treatments, namely: 1) T7.5 A0 S0, 2) T5 A2 ,5 S0, 3) T2,5 A5 S0, 4) T5 A0 S2,5, 5) T2,5 A0 S5, 6)</p><p>T2,5 A2,5 S2,5, 7) T0 A7,5 S0 and 8) T0 A0 S7.5. Each was repeated 3 (three) times, so the total number of treatments was 24 treatments, each treatment was filled in polybags with a total of 7.5 kg. The variables observed included: plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), and stem diameter (mm). The results showed that there was a significant effect between the planting media treatment used and the observed variables (plant height, number of leaves, and stem diameter, where treatment T5 A2.5 S0 (mixed planting media 5 kg soil, chicken manure 2.5 ) kg, and without cow manure) gave the highest average plant height (64.8 cm) while the T2.5 A2.5 S2.5 treatment (mixed planting media 2.5 kg, chicken manure 2, 5 kg, and cow manure 2.5 kg) gave the highest number of leaves (35.7 leaves) and plant stem diameter (9.1 mm).</p><p><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Chrysanthemum; Organic growing media</em><em></em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini dilakukan di rumah kaca, bertempat kelurahan Kakaskasen II, Kota Tomohon. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh (Respons) tanaman bunga krisan <em>(Chrysanthemum </em>sp.<em>) </em>terhadap media tanam yang terbuat dari tanah andosol Tomohon (T), pupuk kandang ayam (A), pupuk kotoran sapi (S). Penelitian ini berlangsung selama 3 (tiga) yang dimulai dari bulan Juli sampai September 2021. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) dengan 8 ( delapan) perlakuan perlakuan yaitu : 1) T7,5 A0 S0, 2) T5 A2,5 S0, 3) T2,5 A5 S0, 4) T5 A0 S2,5, 5) T2,5 A0 S5, 6) T2,5 A2,5 S2,5, 7) T0 A7,5 S0</p><p>dan 8) T0 A0 S7,5. Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 (tiga) kali, sehingga jumlah perlakukan seluruhnya adalah 24 satuan perlakuan, setiap perlakuan diisi dalam polybag dengan total 7,5 kg. Variabel yang diamati meliputi : tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), dan diameter batang (mm). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang nyata antara perlakuan media tanam yang digunakan dengan variable yang diamati (tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan diameter batang, dimana perlakuan T5 A2,5 S0 (campuran media tanam tanah 5 kg, pupuk kandang ayam 2,5 kg, dan tanpa pupuk kotoran sapi) memberikan hasil tinggi tanaman rata-rata paling tinggi (64.8 cm) sedangkan perlakuan T2,5 A2,5 S2,5 (campuran media tanam tanah 2,5 kg, pupuk kandang ayam 2,5 kg, dan pupuk kotoran sapi 2,5 kg) memberikan hasil jumlah daun terbanyak (35,7 helai) dan diameter batang tumbuhan (9,1 mm).</p></td></tr></tbody></table></div><p>Kata kunci:   Krisan; Media tanam organik</p> ER -
