Inventarisasi Komunitas Arthropoda di Taman Kehati Kaki Dian, Minahasa Utara

Taman Kehati Kaki Dian, termasuk salah satu kawasan penting di kaki Gunung Lokon dalam mendukung program konservasi di Sulawesi Utara. Inventarisasi arthropoda dilakukan untuk mengetahui keragaman hayati dan struktur komunitas organisme ini di Taman Hayati Kaki Dian. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa Taman Kehati Kaki Dian, memiliki tingkat kekayaan jenis arthropoda yang cukup tinggi, berjumlah 99 jenis yang terdiri atas 22 spesies pada 10 famili dalam kelas arachnida dan 77 spesies dalam 50 famili pada kelas insecta. Pola penyebaran ragam jenis arthropoda bervariasi berdasarkan ketersediaan sumber pakan dan perilaku hidupnya, terutama dijumpai di hutan sekunder dan primer, serta kebun penanaman, sedangkan penyebaran rendah di daerah terbangun.References
