<p>This study aims to determine the status of potassium nutrients and soil pH in Kolongan Village, Kalawat District, and the North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from October to November 2022. The research method used was a survey method to determine individual sample points, and then soil samples were tested using the Paddy Soil Test Device (PUTS). Soil samples were then analyzed using the Descriptive analysis method. The results showed that the potassium level at the research site was high while the pH level at the site was slightly acidic and neutral.</p> <p><em>Keywords: Kalium, pH, Paddy fields area</em></p> <p><em> </em></p> <p><strong><em>Abstrak </em></strong></p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui status hara kalium dan pH tanah di Desa Kolongan, Kecamatan Kalawat, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober sampai dengan November 2022. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei untuk menentukan titik sampel individual, kemudian sampel tanah diuji menggunakan Alat Uji Tanah Padi (PUTS). Sampel tanah kemudian dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis Deskriptif. <p><em>This study aims to examine the texture and permeability of the soil planted with Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L) in Timu Village Remboken District. This research was conducted in Timu Village Remboken District Minahasa Regency for 3 months starting from September - November 2022. Soil sampling at this location was on land formerly planted with Pakcoy, with an area of 100 m². The method used in this study is the Survey Method and Laboratory Analysis. Soil samples were taken at a soil depth of ±20 cm at 5 (five) points where pakcoy was planted using a composite sampling method. Determination of sample points is done in a zig-zag from the letter Z at that location. Observational variables consist of soil texture using the Kang Biaw Tjiwan or pipette method and soil permeability using the Constant Head Permeability Test method. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that the texture of the soil in the research samples used was clay texture at P0 (no treatment) and similar to clay texture at P1 (treatment), with a permeability value of equally 11.43 cm/hour which permeability class of both samples was rather fast</em>.</p> <p><em>Keywords: Soil Texture, Soil Permeability, Pakcoy Plant</em></p> <p><em> </em></p> <p><strong><em>Abstrak </em></strong></p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengkaji Tekstur dan Permeabilitas Tanah yang di tanami Tanaman Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L) di Desa Timu Kecamatan Remboken. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Timu Kecamatan Remboken Kabupaten Minahasa selama 3 bulan mulai dari bulan September - November 2022. Pengambilan sampel Tanah di lokasi ini yaitu pada lahan bekas penanaman Pakcoy, dengan luasan 100 m². Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Survei dan Analisis Laboratorim. Pengambilan sampel tanah diambil pada kedalaman tanah ±20 cm di 5 (lima) titik lokasi penanaman pakcoy dengan metode pengambilan sampel secara komposit. Penentuan titik sampel dilakukan secara zig-zag membentuk huruf Z pada lokasi tersebut. Variabel pengamatan terdiri dari Tekstur tanah menggunakan metode Kang Biaw Tjiwan atau pipet dan Permeabilitas tanah menggunakan metode Constant Head Permeability Test. Berdasarkan Hasil penelitian menunjukan tekstur tanah pada sampel penelitian yang dikukan adalah tekstur liat pada P0 (tidak perlakuan) dan berbeda tipis dengan tekstur liat pada P1 (perlakuan), dengan nilai permeabilitas yang sama 11,43 cm/jam yang tergolong kelas permeabilitas agak cepat pada kedua sampel itu.</p> <p><em><u>Kata kunci: </u>Tekstur Tanah, Permeabilitas Tanah, Tanaman Pakcoy</em></p>Mirsad MakalalagJoice M.J. <p>Available P shows moderate criteria with an average value from the South, Central, North, East, and West location points of 18.304 ppm. <p>This study aims to identify nutrient levels of potassium, organic carbon and soil pH on sloping land of cabbage crops at agrotourism. area, rurukan sub-district. The method used in this study is a descriptive method whose implementation is field surveys to ensure the three sampling points, samples taken from different slopes and representing each slope; upper slope (LA), middle slope (LT), and lower slope (LB). Sampling of soil at a 0-20 cm depth in the soil. Parameters observed included the availability of potassium (Bray I method), organic carbon (Walkley and Black method), and soil pH (H2O using pH meter). The results of laboratory analysis showed sequential values on the upper slope, the middle slope, and the lower slope available potassium varied, 30.11 ppm; 27.11 ppm; and 31.67 ppm, the organic carbon value is relatively high, 3.27%; 3.20%; 4.78% and the unit value of soil pH is classified as neutral, 6.72; 6.69; 6,79.</p> <p><em>Keywords: sloping land, plant available nutrient, Rurukan agrotourism area</em></p> <p><em> </em><strong><em>Abstrak </em></strong></p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kadar hara kalium, karbon organik, dan pH tanah pada lahan miring pertanaman kubis di kawasan agrowisata Kecamatan Rurukan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif yang pelaksanaannya adalah survei lapangan untuk memastikan tiga titik pengambilan sampel, sampel diambil dari lereng yang berbeda dan mewakili masing-masing lereng; lereng atas (LA), lereng tengah (LT), dan lereng bawah (LB). Pengambilan sampel tanah pada kedalaman 0-20 cm di dalam tanah. Parameter yang diamati meliputi ketersediaan kalium (metode Bray I), karbon organik (metode Walkley dan Black), dan pH tanah (H2O menggunakan pH meter). <p>This study aims to determine the chemical fertility of the soil: pH, C-organic, N, and P, soil in the garden of the Mapanget Palm Plant Instrument Standard Testing Center, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted from March to May 2023, using a survey method to determine the sample points by "purposive sampling". Soil sampling at 4 different land locations with 5 sample points at each location with a depth of 0-50 cm, samples were taken using a soil drill. Soil samples were analyzed at the Ecophysiology Laboratory of the Standard Testing Center for Palm Instruments including pH (H2O and KCL), C-organic (spectrophotometer), Nitrogen (Kjedahl), and Phosphorus (Olsen). The data obtained were analyzed descriptively. Based on the results of research that had been carried out in the garden of the Standard Testing Institute for Palm Plantation Instruments, it showed that the nutrient content was classified as low to very low. To increase the aspect of soil fertility in the BPSI Experimental Garden, it is recommended that Palm trees add N (urea) fertilizer according to the dosage and add organic fertilizer to increase the C-organic element.</p> <p><em>Keywords: soil fertility, nutrients, pH, C-organic, nitrogen, and phosphors</em></p> <p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p> <p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesuburan kimia tanah: pH, C-organik, N, dan P, tanah di kebun Balai Pengujian Standar Instrumen Perkebunan Sawit Mapanget, Kabupaten Minahasa Utara. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret sampai dengan Mei 2023, dengan menggunakan metode survei untuk menentukan titik sampel secara "purposive sampling". Pengambilan sampel tanah pada 4 lokasi lahan yang berbeda dengan 5 titik sampel pada setiap lokasi dengan kedalaman 0-50 cm, sampel diambil dengan menggunakan bor tanah. Sampel tanah dianalisis di Laboratorium Ekofisiologi Balai Pengujian Standar Instrumen Perkebunan Sawit meliputi pH (H2O dan KCL), C-organik (spektrofotometer), Nitrogen (Kjedahl), dan Fosfor (Olsen). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di kebun Balai Pengujian Standar Instrumen Perkebunan Sawit menunjukkan bahwa kandungan hara tergolong rendah sampai sangat rendah. Untuk meningkatkan aspek kesuburan tanah pada Kebun Percobaan BPSI, disarankan agar tanaman aren diberikan pupuk N (urea) sesuai dosis dan diberikan pupuk organik untuk meningkatkan unsur C-organik.</p> <p>Kata kunci: kesuburan tanah, unsur hara, pH, C-organik, nitrogen, dan fosfor</p>Angely S.
