We conducted this research in Manado City. The researcher identified the children’s personality and how the child’s religious personality (morals) was. Researchers also conducted interviews with religious teachers and recitation teachers to understand the process of accepting religious teachings of these children. We analyzed subsequent studies through reduction, assessment, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained are that children do not get a good education, lack of motivation, enthusiasm for learning, decreased comprehension, do not try himself, are not disciplined. And the impact of divorce on children’s religious education is that children are lazy to recite the Koran, lazy to pray, polite to others and lazy to perform other obligatory worship. In Islam, parents are the first educators for children. Both from the mother’s and father’s sides. Each has a portion. A husband as well as a father has a big duty and responsibility, namely to prohibit good values for the child and for the wife, understand them, advise them and give love. As much as possible, maintain a husband-and-wife relationship so that it remains harmonious and away from conflict so that divorce does not occur. Because cases of divorce of parents greatly impact the physical, psychological and religious education of children.
2025-04-24T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Misbahul Munir Makka, Ahmad Rajafi, Frangky Suleman https://ejournal.unsrat.ac.id/v3/index.php/tumoutou/article/view/59375 Ketimpangan Gender dan Perlindungan Hukum bagi Buruh Perempuan: Studi Kasus PT Aice 2024-12-03T08:24:44+08:00 Selma Dwi Amalia selmadwiamalia@gmail.com
Pekerja/buruh perempuan kerap kali termarginalkan.

2025-04-24T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Selma Dwi Amalia https://ejournal.unsrat.ac.id/v3/index.php/tumoutou/article/view/59347 Assessing Indonesia’s Nickel Export Ban and Its Implications Under WTO Dispute Settlement Mechanisms 2024-11-29T18:12:03+08:00 Maria Angeline Putri maria.angeline015@gmail.com Emma Valentina Teresha Senewe emmasenewe@unsrat.ac.id Natalia Lana Lengkong nl_lengkong@unsrat.ac.id
This study explores the regulatory framework governing dispute settlement within the World Trade Organization (WTO) and examines the legal implications for Indonesia following a WTO ruling. The dispute in question involves Indonesia and the European Union (EU) over Indonesia’s policy banning the export of raw nickel. Implemented as a strategic initiative to enhance the added value of natural resources through industrial downstreaming, this policy was perceived by the EU as harmful to its economic interests. Adopting a juridical-normative approach, the authors analyze legal documents and relevant case materials to understand the procedural dimensions of the WTO’s dispute resolution process. The findings reveal that although the WTO’s dispute settlement mechanisms are clearly outlined, the final ruling significantly influences the feasibility of Indonesia’s nickel downstreaming strategy. Furthermore, the WTO’s decision bears not only on Indonesia’s trade policies but also on its diplomatic relations with the European Union. The study highlights the pivotal role played by international institutions in resolving global trade disputes, illustrating how international law—including key instruments such as the General Agreement on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), the Dispute Settlement Understanding (DSU), and the draft Indonesia–EU Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (IEU-CEPA)—serves as a critical foundation in such legal proceedings.
2025-04-24T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2025 Maria Angeline Putri, Emma Valentina Teresha Senewe, Natalia Lana Lengkong https://ejournal.unsrat.ac.id/v3/index.php/tumoutou/article/view/53054 Pemanfaatan Tujuan Hukum dalam Skema Public Private Partnership Bagi Pengembangan Investasi di Daerah 2023-12-03T22:00:09+08:00 Zefanya Alberto Rembet zefanya23001@mail.unpad.ac.id
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana Pemanfaatan Tujuan Hukum yakni Keadilan, Kemanfaatan dan Kemanfaatan dalam penerapan konsep Public Private Partnership dalam perjanjian Bangun Guna Serah (BOT) bagi Investasi Daerah. The focus is on the accuracy with which prosecutors perceive the process and complexity of criminal cases involving the procurement of goods and services. This article provides a descriptive analysis of the challenges faced by prosecutors in handling government procurement crimes, highlighting the importance of their role and the factors that influence effective law enforcement. Using an empirical research method, the study identifies five factors contributing to criminal acts in government procurement: issues within the procurement process, malicious conspiracies, limited human resources, budget problems, and legal decisions made by the Court.
