JOURNAL of BIOTECHNOLOGY and CONSERVATION in WALLACEA (JBCW) is the journal published by PUI-PT Pusat Studi Bioteknologi dan Konservasi Wallacea (University Center of Excellence for Biotechnology and Conservation of Wallacea), Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, Sam Ratulangi University.

The aims of the journal are to publish original research papers and article reviews related to a diverse range of fields in the biotechnology and conservation field in Wallacea. The scopes of this journal are biodiversity, conservation, functional biology, ethnobotany and ethnobiology, microbiology, bioinformatics, agriculture, forestry, chemistry and chemical engineering, environmental science and engineering.

JBCW is published two times per year (April and October).
