MASALAH BUDAYA DALAM PROYEK INTERNATIONAL JOINT VENTURE

Abstract

Paper ini menggambarkan bagaimana budaya menjadi salah satu masalah dalam proyek pembangunan infrasrtuktur di Indonesia oleh dua perusahaan yang bergabung dalam international joint operation. Salah satu alasan mengapa budaya menimbulkan masalah pada perusahaan IJO karena perbedaan budaya antara mitra memiliki pengaruh kerugian terhadap perusahaan yang tercermin dari hubungan kerja. Data diperoleh dengan melakukan survei melalui kuesioner yang diisi oleh manajer kedua mitra. Temuan menunjukkan solusi secara umum terhadap masalah yang
dihadapi oleh kedua aliansi yang terlibat dalam proyek international yaitu kontraktor asing dan kontraktor domestik.
Kata-kata kunci : International Joint Operation, masalah, budaya, hubungan kerja.
