HUBUNGAN STRES PSIKOLOGIS DENGAN SIKLUS MENSTRUASI PADA SISWI KELAS 1 DI SMA NEGERI 3 TIDORE KEPULAUAN

Abstract

Stress is a physiological response, psychological and behavior of human beings who are trying to adapt and manage both internal and external pressures (stressors). The design of this study used the descriptive analytical method by using the cross-sectional study design (cross-sectional study). The sample in this study amounted to 68 people. Data analysis was done by using the chi-square test (X2), at the 95% significance level (α ≤ 0.05) and obtain the value of p = 0.000. There Relationship With Psychological Stress Menstrual Cycle In Class 1 student of SMA Negeri 3 In Tidore Islands. Suggestions for the school is expected to increase student knowledge about how to prevent stress so that girls can avoid stress. Keywords: Psychological Stress, Menstrual Cycle. Abstrak: Siklus mensturasi merupakan waktu sejak hari pertama mensturasi sampai datangnya mensturasi periode berikutnya, sedangkan panjang siklus mensturasi adalah jarak antara tanggal mulainya mensturasi yang lalu dan mulainya mensturasi berikutnya. Stres merupakan suatu respon fisiologis, psikologis dan perilaku dari manusia yang mencoba untuk mengadaptasi dan mengatur baik tekanan internal dan eksternal (stresor). Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Hubungan Stres Psikologis Dengan Siklus Menstruasi Pada Siswi Kelas 1 Di SMA Negeri 3 Tidore Kepulauan. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional study (study potong lintang). Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 68 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji chi-square (X2), pada tingkat kemaknaan 95% (α ≤ 0,05) dan didapat nilai p=0,000. ada Hubungan Stres Psikologis Dengan Siklus Menstruasi Pada Siswi Kelas 1 Di SMA Negeri 3 Tidore Kepulauan. Bagi pihak sekolah diharapkan dapat tingkatkan pengetahuan siswi tentang cara pencegahan stres sehingga siswi dapat menghindari stres. Kata kunci: Stres Psikologis, Siklus Menstruasi.
