GAMBARAN PELAYANAN INFORMASI OBAT TERHADAP PASIEN RAWAT JALAN DI INSTALASI FARMASI RUMAH SAKIT X DI KABUPATEN MINAHASA

ABSTRACT
One aspect of hospital clinical pharmacy services is Drug Information Service which is an activity of providing drug information with the aim of supporting rational drug use. The purpose of this study was to find out the implementation of drug information services provided by pharmacy officers at the time of drug delivery to outpatients at the Pharmacy Installation of X Hospitals in Minahasa district. This study used descriptive research methods with a sample of 100 patients. Data collection is done by interview and direct observation using a check list sheet. The results showed the percentage of components that were delivered at the time of delivering drug information, including the name of the drug was 92%, dose 94%, efficacy 76%, dosage type 9%, rule of use 22%, how to use the drug 11%, time of use 86%, side effects 10% and how to save 0%. These results indicate that the drug information submitted by pharmaceutical officers was incomplete, and it was concluded the description of the implementation of drug information services at pharmacy installations of X Hospital was categorized as bad with a percentage value of 44.44%.

Salah satu aspek dari pelayanan farmasi klinik rumah sakit ialah Pelayanan Informasi Obat yaitu kegiatan pemberian informasi obat dengan tujuan menunjang penggunaan obat rasional. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan pelayanan informasi obat yang diberikan petugas kefarmasian saat penyerahan obat terhadap pasien rawat jalan di Instalasi Farmasi RS X Kabupaten Minahasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 pasien. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara wawancara dan observasi langsung menggunakan lembar check list. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase komponen yang disampaikan pada saat melakukan penyampaian informasi obat antara lain nama obat sebesar 92%, dosis 94%, khasiat 76%, jenis sediaan 9%, aturan pakai 22%, cara penggunaan 11%, waktu penggunaan 86%, efek samping 10% dan cara simpan 0%. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa informasi obat yang disampaikan petugas kefarmasian belum lengkap, dan disimpulkan gambaran pelaksanaan pelayanan informasi obat di instalasi farmasi RS X dikategorikan buruk dengan nilai persentase 44,44%.
