In order to discipline employees, up to SDN 25 Manado has implemented finger print attendance because
all this time on manual absences (only in the form of attendance books), employees are still found to be
absent, coming and going home from school not according to the specified hours and staff and teachers
whose performance is as the maximum number of teachers does not match what is received in this case
Employee Perfomance Allowance money (TKD). This research formulation is how the application of
employee work discipline through finger print attendance in SDN 25 Manado? The purpose of this study
was to describe the application of employee work discipline through finger print attendance at SDN 25
Manado. In this tudy the research method used was qualitative with the type of descriptive approach,data
collection techniques used were interviews, observation, documentation. The research results pbtained
were, schools that had previously used fnger print attendance but there were still employees anda teachers
who could manipulate attendance data because the data was still managed entirely by the scholl. Finger
print attendance is now able to discipline employees because of the absenteeism data recorded directly into
the Manado City Civil Service Agency.
