PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN KEPALA DESA TERHADAP PELAKSANAAN PEMBANGUNAN YANG BERSUMBER DARI DANA DESA (Studi di Desa Tumokang Baru, Kecamatan Dumoga Utara, Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow

Abstract

Leadership is the process of influencing a group of people to achieve certain goals. The Village head is a
person who leads the implementation of village governance has one of the tasks, namely development in
the village. Village development will not be carried out effectively and efficiently if there is no important
role of a village head. This research was conducted on the basis of seeing and knowing whether the
leadership of a village head has an influence on the implementation of development in the village. The
research that has been conducted is by collecting data through questionnaires, interviews, and
documentation. The method used is a quantitative research method with a simple linear regression
analysis formula to see whether the independent variable affects the dependent variable. From the data
collection and data processing that has been done, it is found that the leadership of the village head has a
significant influence on the implementation of development in Tumokang Baru Village, Dumoga Utara
District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency.
