Produksi juvenil ikan gurame (Osphronemus gouramy) menggunakan teknologi recirculating aquaculture system
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to evaluate the growth and water quality of gouramy (Osprhonemus gouramy) in juvenile production using the Resirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) technology. The method was started from the RAS preparation stage, seed stocking, seed maintenance and sampling. Fish rearing was carried out for 50 days. Parameters measured include specific growth rate, absolute growth rate, survival rate (SR), and water quality. Methods of collecting data were observation, interviews, direct participation, and literature studies as well as various other sources. The results showed that the specific growth rate was 6.7%, absolute growth rate of gouramy was 3.65 gram, body length growth of gouramy was 5.91 cm and survival value (SR) was 86%. Water quality is temperatures ranging from 26.8-29°C, pH 7-8.4, DO 6.3-7.5 ppm.
