OPTIMALISASI PENATAAN DAN PENGUATAN ORGANISASI GUNA MENINGKATKAN KINERJA DALAM RANGKA MEWUJUDKAN REFORMASI BIROKRASI DI LINGKUNGAN TNI AL

Abstract


Penataan dan penguatan organisasi yang merupakan salah satu bagian dari Reformasi Birokrasi TNI AL memiliki beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya validasi organisasi perlu dioptimalkan, masih adanya tumpang tindih kewenangan antar Satuan kerja (Satker) dan penyusunan piranti lunak terkait penataan organisasi perlu dioptimalkan. Sasaran program bidang penataan dan penguatan organisasi adalah terwujudnya organisasi yang efektif dan profesional, menurunnya tumpang tindih tugas pokok dan fungsi serta meningkatnya kinerja sesuai tugas dan fungsi Satker/Balakpus/Kotama di lingkungan TNI.

Kata Kunci: Optimalisasi Organisasi, Kinerja, Reformasi Birokrasi

 

Organizational structuring and strengthening which is one part of the Navy's Bureaucratic Reform has several problems, including organizational validation that needs to be optimized, there is still overlapping authority between work units (Satker) and the preparation of software related to organizational structuring needs to be optimized. The program targets for organizational structuring and strengthening are the realization of an effective and professional organization, decreasing overlapping of main tasks and functions and increasing performance according to the tasks and functions of Satker/Balakpus/Kotama within the TNI.
