Pengaruh insentif finansial, insentif nonfinansial, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Gunung Maria Tomohon

Abstract


Abstract:  The objectives of this study were to 1) analyze and test the effect of financial incentives on job satisfaction, 2) analyze and test the effect of non-financial incentives on job satisfaction, 3) analyze and test the effect of work motivation on job satisfaction, 4) analyze and test the effect of financial incentives on work motivation, 5) analyze and test the effect of non-financial incentives on work motivation. Data collection was done on 141 nurses at Gunung Maria Hospital Tomohon with saturated sampling method/census technique, using questionnaires. The tool used to analyze the partial least square – structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) is the SmartPLS version 3.3.3 program. This study found that financial incentives as well as non-financial incentives have a positive effect on work motivation and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, work motivation has a positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstrak:  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh insentif finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja, 2) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh insentif non finansial terhadap kepuasan kerja, 3) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan, 4) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh insentif finansial terhadap motivasi kerja, 5) menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh insentif non finansial terhadap motivasi kerja. Pengumpulan data dilakukan kepada 141 perawat Rumah Sakit Gunung Maria Tomohon dengan teknik penarikan sampel jenuh/sensus, dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Alat yang digunakan untuk menganalisis partial least square – structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) adalah program SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Penelitian ini mendapatkan bahwa insentif finansial dan insentif non finansial memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap motivasi dan kepuasan kerja. Sementara itu, motivasi kerja juga memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja.
