ANALISIS FAKTOR KAPABILITAS DINAMIS TERHADAP FIRM SURVIVE
Abstract
Abstract: MSME has an important role towards Indonesian economy has proportion of 99,98% of entrepreneurs in Indonesia, the growth of MSME each year increase every year so competition become tight and new competitors tend to have new innovation towards their business. MSMEs needs appropriate action to overcome the keeps on changing environment so that business continuity is maintained and be able to compete superior with other competitors. The purpose of this research is to analyze dynamic capability factor towards business continuity in the fashion industry. This research uses quantitative research method with questionnaire as data collection. The sample that in this research is 120 entrepreneurs in the field of fashion. For data analysis methods, this research uses confirmatory analysis. The results of this research indicate that from indicators of dynamic capability variable, there are only a few that becomes the core indicators of survival in which of sensing, seizing and reconfiguration or transformation. these variables will form survival firm.

Abstrak: UMKM memiliki peran penting terhadap perekonomian Indonesia, memiliki proporsi sebesar 99,98% dari total keseluruhan pelaku bisnis di Indonesia, pertumbuhan UMKM juga meningkat tiap tahunnya sehingga persaingan menjadi ketat dan cenderung pesaing baru memiliki sebuah inovasi baru terhadap bisnisnya. UMKM perlu tindakan yang tepat untuk mengatasi lingkungan yang selalu berubah agar keberlangsungan usaha tetap terjaga dan mampu bersaing unggul dengan pesaing lainnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor kapabilitas dinamis terhadap keberlangsungan usaha dalam bidang industri fesyen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan kuesioner sebagai pengumpulan data. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 pelaku bisnis dibidang fesyen. Untuk metode analisis data, penelitian ini menggunakan konfirmatori analisis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa indikator-indikator dari variabel kapabilitas dinamis hanya beberapa yang menjadi indikator inti dari firm survive dari variabel sensing, seizing dan reconfiguration atau transformation. Dimana variabel tersebut akan membentuk firm survival
