Pengaruh Work-Family Conflict dan Work Engagement terhadap Task Performance dan Turnover Intention dengan mediasi Supervisor Support

Abstract


Penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana keterkaitan antara work-family conflict dan work engagement terhadap task performance dan turnover intention karyawan, Serta mencari tau seberapa besar peran supervisor juga berpengaruh pada setiap variabel tersebut pada era pandemic berlangsung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai yang bekerja pada industry teknologi di Indonesia. Responden dari penelitian ini sebanyak 150 pegawai. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa masing-masing dari variabel tersebut memiliki pengaruh, jika work family conflict dan work engagement akan mempengaruhi performa dari karyawan dan jika kedua variabel tersebut tidak dikelola dengan baik maka intention untuk mengundurkan diri juga meningkat. Untuk memperkuat task performance dan menurukan tingkat intensi turnover, apakah ini dapat dipengaruhi peran dukungan supervisor sebagai moderasi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse how the relationship between work-family conflict and work engagement through employee task performance and turnover intention. Also aims to analyse how the effect of supervisor support moderates those variables in the pandemic era. This research uses quantitative research methods. The population were all employees who work from technology industry in Indonesia. This study consisted of 150 respondents. The result of this research indicated that every variable has the effect, if the work-family conflict and work engagement will affect the task performance when those variables are not well-maintained, then task performance will decrease, and turnover intention will increase. And to strengthen the task performance and reduce the turnover intention, whether that is influenced by supervisor support.
